Our review examines 127 Scopus-indexed publications from 2007 to October 2023. The inquiry explores thematic progression, geographical production trends, and seminal works shaping the discourse. Notably, while authors from Asia, mainly China, lead in publication volume, influential works from the USA, the UK, and Australia attract significant scholarly attention. The analysis reveals a prominent trend: highly cited papers often lack theoretical frameworks, with literature reviews and conceptual analyses prevailing over empirical investigations. When theoretical foundations are present, diverse theories are often amalgamated. In conclusion, our review highlights numerous avenues for future academic exploration in this domain. For the hotel service industry, understanding customer experience becomes a necessity, as it is one of the top goals for hotel survival. With the development of e-commerce and the globalized hotel industry, customers are easily shared on online booking sites, making hotel managers work harder to design a good customer experience management plan. This chapter proposes an approach to analyzing data from customers' online reviews with their experiences to understand their emotional and psychological states after using Vietnamese hotel services. The Python language is used for statistical analysis of these data, and the Vander library measures customers' positive and negative views after the hotel service experience. The authors used both qualitative and quantitative methods in two studies and collected data with mixed survey technique for the inclusion of the perception of the citizens from both sample groups. Data collected in both of the studies was then analyzed with KH Coder 3 for co-occurrence network and with Mplus 7.0 for random coefficient models. Results shown that trust on the government as affected by perception of legitimacy emerged as moderators of the relationship between perceived usefulness of innovative e-government services and intentions to adopt innovative e-government services in addition to simple moderation and mediated moderation, joint effect of perceived usefulness of innovative e-government services, trust on the government, and perception of legitimacy, found for intentions to adopt innovative e-government services. Many individuals rely on government to secure a job which impose a huge burden on the government sector. The adoption of techno-entrepreneurship as a solution to create new job opportunities experienced several challenges to grow-up. However, the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) enabled many individuals to startup a new venture or transform their business effectively into the virtual platform such as social media. A survey instrument was distributed to 250 entrepreneurs effectively using technology as a platform for their venture. Out of which 204 were completed and used in the analysis which determined 81% as the overall response rate. An excellent economic state of a country is the outcome of a well-designed system where the stakeholders interact with each other towards innovation and social development. This study is an empirical investigation into the Covid pandemic and its effects on Indian entrepreneurial eco-system. Primary data was collected from 155 entrepreneurs of India, who were independent and first movers of entrepreneurs in their family during Covid times. Poor planning, exhausting resources, a slowdown in productivity, lower employment and employee retention were the after-effects of the pandemic. It was found that the pandemic negatively affected the entrepreneurial ecosystem and its stakeholders. It propose that TEE research should be conducted in a transnational e-entrepreneurial ecosystem framework that combines the digital ecosystem and host- and home-country entrepreneurial ecosystems. Based on the experiences of twelve Chinese immigrants living in Australasia, the framework was validated through case studies of two Chinese digital platforms. The results show that e-platforms bridge host and home-country ecosystems in addition to playing roles in e-trading business. E-platforms enable micro, small and medium e-enterprises (MSME) owners to operate in the same manner as large enterprises in transnational markets. The author concludes that future research themes for TEE study should link e-entrepreneurs with e-platforms and dual (host- and home-country) entrepreneurial ecosystems.
