We propose a detector based on censoring and detection algorithms with constant false censoring and alarm rates (CFCAR). The CFCAR property is guaranteed by use of linear bi-parametric adaptive thresholds based on the best linear unbiased estimators (BLUEs) of the Normal parameters obtained via a logarithmic transformation. The censoring algorithm starts up the heterogeneity test from the two most left ranked cells and proceeds forwardly. The detection algorithm uses the set of reference cells supposed homogeneous to estimate the unknown background level. It relies on the merging of OFDMA and MIMO abilities for affording high rates in frequency selective channels (ISI), thus efficiently combating inter-symbol interference. The performance of this protocol has been studied for various channels, however, no study reports such an issue for Nakagami channel. In this paper, the BLER performance and the achievable throughput are evaluated in Nakagami-m fading channel with 3 different transmission modes, namely, SISO, transmit diversity and open loop spatial multiplexing (OLSM). The OFDM channel is estimated using the least square approach and the very recently proposed K Best-Soft Sphere Decoder (KBSSD) is adopted at the receiver side. In this work, the Deep Learning (DL) architecture is proposed and applied in order to recognize military vehicles from SAR images. We propose mainly in this work the deep learning algorithms based on convolutional neural network architecture. In the second step and in order to optimize the convolution of DL steps, we propose to use a convolutional auto-encoder which may be better suited to image processing. Its use provides several areas of the best results in the presence of noise on shifted and truncated images. To validate our approach, some experimentation results are given and compared. The goal of this paper is to design and implement a snapshot security protocol, which calculates consistent global snapshot for distributed applications running on radar networks in order to add more reliability and high availability to these systems. Our protocol is non-blocking in nature and avoids unnecessary computation. We use the dependability concept to minimize the amount of information (that passes through the network) for asking only minimum number of processes to take snapshot. Moreover, the number of control messages is independent of the increase in the number of processes in the system. The proposed MIMO antenna contains two opposite facing half cylindrical dielectric resonator antenna (HCDRA) elements excited from two Sub-Miniature version A (SMA) connectors with a characteristic impedance of 50 ohm. The position of coaxial probe is optimized for the first time to enhance the impedance bandwidth. This antenna covers the spectrum from 5.7 GHz to 8.7 GHz, with mutual coupling lower than −8.5 dB. However IPsec functioning is not done properly except when the political security requirements are met. The security policy configuration is a complex and error-prone task, due to their complex semantics. In a dynamic environment, where the policy rules are frequently updated, the error rate is higher. Each network device policy should be analyzed carefully to prevent security policy conflicts. Different types of conflicts can be identified due to rule misconfiguration within a single IPsec device (intra-policy conflicts) or due to inconsistency between different IPsec policies (inter-policy conflicts). Policy conflicts can cause serious security infraction, which increase the network vulnerability. In this paper we propose an algorithm for dynamic detection of both intra and inter IPsec Security policy conflicts. The proposed algorithm is based on a simple and comprehensive mechanism that uses Boolean functions to classify and identify. The circuit is simulated using dimensions obtained from the Wilkinson power divider theory but realizations based on these dimensions presented a shift in the frequency band of operation. To account for this frequency shift in the design phase, an approach based on planar (2D) electromagnetic simulation is used to take into consideration more physical factors such as the circuit geometry in the design phase. This hybrid architecture requires the development of new algorithms to estimate the mmWave channel. The main goal of this work is jointly estimating the mmWave channel parameters: the angle of departure (AOD), the angle of arrival (AOA) and the path's gain using the sparsity of the mmWave channel in conjunction with a criterion test based on diagonality of data matrices. Two different structures will be presented and discussed, which involve: (1) C-DNM with square patch antenna, and (2) C-DNM with circular patch antenna. The antenna was designed with resonance frequency around at 12 GHz. The metamaterial substrate has a potential to maintain the amplitude of the reflection coefficient at the specific resonant frequency as well as increase the directivity gain and/or the bandwidth. The focusing parameter is to achieve a better directivity gain and wide radiation pattern that obtained from a structure with several cells C-DNM for circular patch antenna. The simulations show that the addition of C-DNM to circular patch antenna provides better performance in terms of directivity 7.45dB to 7.88dB for circular patch.
