The proper deterministic equivalents of stochastic models are built. The constructed models can be used for forecasting price indexes in a multisectoral eco-economic system. The forecast of the price indexes allows controlling the price balances for timely reaction to changes in any constituent of the net output. In recent years, the rate of migration in the world has increased, but also its age structure has changed. Young people are the third among all world migrants. The main causes of youth migration are: unemployment, poverty, poor quality of life, problems related to education and difficult political situation. Today global youth unemployment rate exceeds 12.5 %, which is about 73 million young people. Youth unemployment is one of the major threats in 2014 and one of the main causes of migration. This article analyzes the commercial impact of trade barriers removal in Lithuania for its commercial partners, especially in the case of Spain and its European competitors. A comparative analysis of the evolution and singularities of the Spanish´s import/export flows to Lithuania from 2000 to 2013 revealed that the international trade between both countries became more active, growing and diverse because of different comparative advantages. It reviews, evaluates and compares definitions, explications and interpretations of logistic activity. The author offers and discusses four cases of interpretation of logistic activity, highlighting and focusing on logistic activity in a broad sense. The author discusses features of logistic activity, its links with logistics, supply chain and marketing. The article presents an overview of a series of terms related to logistic activity and logistics. An evaluation of a logistic approach as yet another candidate to be considered as a general scientific approach is presented. The author has performed an analysis of elements of logistic activity and its components and presents a classification of the components of logistic activity, namely phenomena and actions. Much attention is paid to the interaction between subjects of logistic activities, peculiarities of such interaction at the current stage of human activity, highlighting and discussing institutions performing control operations. The author discusses in detail the material flows in logistics and logistic activities and analyses the impact of logistic activities on these flows. In the article, a definition of the material flow in logistic activity, the properties of such flow are analysed, and several classifications of material flows are proposed. The performed flow analysis has shown that it is appropriate to distinguish and analyse not only material flows, but also the resources of logistic activities. The Indian higher education system is the largest in the world in terms of the number of institutions and the second largest in enrollments. About 29.6 million students are currently enrolled in higher education institutions in India. There are around 712 universities and 36,671 colleges in India. This mammoth network of higher education institutions includes a large private sector that has emerged explicitly and outsized during last two decades. The overall share of the unaided private higher education institutions has reached 63.9 percent, and the share of student enrollments in these institutions has reached 58.9 percent. The neural network was built using knowledge economy indicators based on time series data for the years 1996-2011s. The increase of the quality of life is the main aim of sustainable development. The quality of life is being assessed by applying various dimensions, various indicators. The housing dimension is one of the major issues affecting the quality of life. The housing indicators reflecting the quality of life can be assessed by applying quality of housing, quality of housing environment and housing cost burden indicators. The paper presents the concept of assessment of housing dimension in the quality of life measurements and the main indicators relevant to this dimension of quality of life.
