Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh pembagian kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan di SMP QUEEN AL-FALAH Ploso Mojo Kediri. \u0000Teknik pengambilan sampeldalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 45 guru yang bekerja di SMP QUEEN AL-FALAH Ploso Mojo Kediri. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Alat pengukur data yang digunakan ialah skala likert. Teknik analisa yang digunakan ialah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F. \u0000Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pembagian kerja mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Untuk variabel budaya kerja juga memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji simultan didapatkan bahwa variabel pembagian kerja dan budaya kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Jenis pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah para karyawan PT Wonojati Wijoyo bagian produksi sebanyak 71 responden. Teknik pada penelitian ini menngunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diujikan validitas dan reliabilitasnya terlebih dahulu. Pada teknis analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai Thitung 2,793 > Ttabel 1,995. Nilai sig. 0,007 < 0,05. (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai Thitung 9,370 > Ttabel 1,995. Nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai Fhitung 126,987 > Ftabel 3,13. Nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. UPTD Gampen Health Center, Kediri Regency. By explaining how much influence it has on employee performance. The survey carried out was a survey with a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used the saturated sample method, from 35 employees used as respondents. The results of the data for this study were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The technique or method of data analysis used is plausibility test, classic hypothesis test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. From the results of the field research conducted, it was found that the variable level of education (X1) and job training (X2) greatly influenced the work skills of employees (Y). This work produces a number of linear regression equations in the form of Y = 9.677 + 0.633 X 1 + 0.315 X 2 . The results of the t test for the education level variable were obtained as Sig = 0.002 <0.05. For vocational training, the variable value is Sig = 0.003 <0.05. The results of the F test showed that Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 and the R2 (R-squared) result was 0.305 or (30.5%). From the results of the calculations and analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the level of education (X1) and professional training (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) UPTD Gampeng Health Center, Kediri Regency. \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tingkat pengaruh pendidikan (X1) dan training profesional (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). UPTD Puskesmas Gampen Kabupaten Kediri. Dengan menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Survei yang dilaksanakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara metode sampel jenuh, dari sebanyak 35 karyawan digunakan sebagai responden. Hasil data untuk penelitian ini didapatkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik atau cara analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji plausibilitas, uji hipotesis klasik, uji reliabilitas, analisis linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa variabel tingkat pendidikan (X1) dan training kerja (X2) sangat berpengaruh terhadap keahlian kerja pegawai (Y). Karya ini menghasilkan sejumlah persamaan regresi linier berupa Y = 9,677 + 0,633 X 1 + 0,315 X 2 . Hasil uji t untuk variabel tingkat pendidikan didapatkan seperti nilai Sig = 0,002 < 0,05. Untuk pelatihan kejuruan variabelnya nilai Sig = 0,003 < 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa Sig.= 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil R2 (R-squared) sebesar 0,305 atau (30,5%). This also proves that UMKM are one of the strong and resilient economic actors. The negative impact of Covid-19 which attacks the pace of the economy in Indonesia, among other things, has caused consumer demand for marble UMKM marmer in Gamping village to decline. This study aims to find out how the impact of Covid-19 on the productivity of marble crafts on UMKM in the Gamping village area. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative method and using data triangulation techniques. Marmer (marble) itself is actually a metamorphic limestone (dolomite) that has undergone a process of pressure and temperature changes for hundreds of years. The additional minerals in the form of quartz, talc, chlorite, amphibol, pyrite, pyroxene, hematite and graphite. However, the current problem is that the level of marble sales has decreased due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. So it can be seen that the Covid-19 pandemic can cause very significant changes to the quantity of marble sales. It is not only the quantity of marble sales that has decreased, but also the amount of annual turnover has also decreased, and deliveries have been hampered by the Covid-19 pandemic. It can be concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a significant decrease in productivity on the quantity of marble sales. \u0000Keywords: COVID-19, dampak COVID-19, kerajinan marmer, UMKM \u0000 \u0000UMKM sendiri memiliki potensi besar untuk ketahanan ekonomi Indonesia. Hal ini juga membuktikan bahwa UMKM merupakan salah satu pelaku ekonomi yang kuat dan ulet. Dampak negative Covid-19 yang menyerang laju perekonomian di Indonesia anatara lainnya menyebabkan permintaan konsumen pada UMKM marmer di desa Gamping menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak Covid-19 terhadap produktivitas kerajinan marmer pada UMKM di daerah desa Gamping. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Marmer (marble) sendiri sebenarnya merupakan metamorfosa batu gamping (dolomit) yang telah mengalami proses perubahan tekanan dan temperature selama ratusan tahun. Adapun mineral tambahan yang berupa kuarsa, talk, klorit, amphibol, pirit, piroksen, hematite dan grafit. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat ini adalah tingkat penjualan marmer mengalami penurunan akibat dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Sehingga dapat dilihat bahwa pandemi Covid-19 ini dapat menyebabkan perubahan yang sangat signifikan terhadap kuantitas penjualan marmer. Bukan hanya kuantitas penjualan marmer saja yang menurun tetapi juga jumlah pendapatan omset per-tahun juga mengalami penurunan, serta pengiriman yang terhambat oleh adanya pandemi Covid-19. Desain produk mempunyai maksud dan tujuan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam menciptakan dan mengembangkan produk baru atau untuk menjamin hasil produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan disatu pihak serta dipihak lain untuk menyesuaikan dengan kemampuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan desain produk yang dilaksanakan produsen teh poci terhadap kepuasan pembelian, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan responden tentang pelaksanaan desain produk, serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh desain produk terhadap kepuasan pembelian produsen teh poci. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data dan menyajikan data sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas atas objek yang diteliti dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000Product design is one of the important things for selling a product. Product design has the intent and purpose to assist companies in creating and developing new products or to guarantee product results that are in accordance with customer desires on the one hand and on the other hand to adjust to the company’s capabilities. This study was conducted to determine the implementation of product design carried out by teapot producers on purchase satisfaction, and to find out how respondents responded about the implementation of product design, as well as to determine how much influence product design had on purchase satisfaction of teapot producers. The research carried out is qualitative. Teh method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, it was found that Mbah Djie's tubruk tea is a local business that can prosper teh surrounding human resources. With teh conclusion that Mbah Djie's local tea is a viable business to be developed, teh welfare of teh surrounding human resources will be achieved. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulik lebih dalam salah satu produk lokal teh tubruk untuk di analisa lebih dalam mengenai bahan baku, pengolahan, dan cara pemasaran nya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa teh tubruk mbah Djie merupakan usaha lokal yang bisa mensejahterakan SDM sekitar.
