This explains that the Creative Economy continues to provide significant improvements. One sub-sector contained in the Creative Economy is the contribution of fashion which contributes to eighteen percent or is in the top 3 subsectors of the largest contributor to the Creative Economy sector. This study aims to analyze the determinants of the performance factors of fashion businesses in one of the fashion shopping centers in Jakarta. The number of respondents in this study were 144 people. This research model is a Structural Equation Modeling using SMART PLS 3.0. This study explains that the performance of fashion businesses in one of the fashion shopping centers in Jakarta is influenced by market orientation factors, entrepreneurial orientation, business marketing capabilities. In addition, the business performance is also influenced by market orientation factors and factors of entrepreneurial orientation with entrepreneurial skills as mediation. This research also explains that the ability to market by entrepreneurs is influenced by factors of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation. Preliminary Mapping takes SWOT measurements to map current tenants' strengths and weaknesses, to maximize opportunities and minimize threats that also accompany them. Followed by the trainings in seven parts, namely, business planning, financial planning, marketing management, E-Commerce, product development, Branding, IPR, and Muslimpreneur. Strengthening Phase 1 is the FGD regarding improvements and innovations, expansion and diversification, efficiency and utilization. In strengthening phase 2 there was discussion of real problems faced by tenants. The activity ended with the launch of 6 new ICT-based entrepreneurs per year and the publication of results. Rampant discount sites in Indonesia, a separate phenomenon, especially in terms of the development of Internet-based commerce (e-commerce). Discount voucher sites are sites or mobile apps that market advertisements about promos and discounts being held by companies into the world of the internet so that the spread becomes more widespread. With a discount voucher site, companies can advertise their promotions and discounts to the internet. The methodology of data collection is done by observation, namely: direct observation on various voucher and discount voucher sites in Indonesia and with Library Studies, reading books, articles and sites that can assist in the analysis. For marketing strategy done with Organic Marketing, that is by using SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Hash Tags, Meta Tags, Achor Links that must be applied into the website, outside of the side of the website, organic marketing can also be done by way of broadcasting and social media press. For offline marketing channels, discount voucher sites can be made by distributing flyers to public places, such as malls, to inform the public that there is a discount voucher Site presence that they can download using a smartphone. Business analysis is carried out by assessing business feasibility studies in terms of financial aspects. Based on the calculation of investment feasibility study, by using the method of payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, and profability index, it can be concluded that discount voucher sites deserve to be a business opportunity. The food and beverage industry sector also contributes 80 percent of the total franchise turnover in Indonesia. Based on data from the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia, restaurant businesses with medium and large scale increased in number even though based on the percentage of growth slowed down. From 2008-2011 the restaurant business experienced an increase of 600 units of restaurants. This explains that restaurant businesses, especially food and beverages, have a high appeal to people's consumption choices. Various factors of attraction and weakness of a franchise restaurant is not uncommon to be a discussion and recommendation of the community either directly or online media. This study aims to measure whether influenza is influenced by the quality of food, the quality of restaurant officers, and the appearance of the restaurant. This study used multiple regression and SPSS 24 to analyze the data. The result of this research explains that partially word of mouth is not influenced by the quality of food, the quality of the restaurant officer, and the appearance of the restaurant. Simultaneously, these factors have an effect on the word of mouth. The use and socialization of the voting system and comments on the factors in this study can help the restaurant franchise business in the formation and dissemination of public spirits. It takes the right concept to improve SMEs by implementing the Kaizen Concept (5s) which is a concept already used by big companies. This research is conducted to know the effect of Kaizen Concept on Improving Competitiveness of SMEs. The study used primary data with the dissemination of research questionnaires. Respondents of this research are all SMEs in North Jakarta. The results of this study explain that Aspect Seiri (compact) (X1) has a significant influence on Competitiveness of SMEs (Y). Seiton (Rapi) (X2) has a significant effect on the competitiveness of SMEs in North Jakarta, Seiso Aspect (Resik) (X3) has a significant effect on SME Competitiveness (Y) in North Jakarta. Respondents perceive Seiso (Resik) that belongs quite high. Seiso contribution (Resik) to SME's Competitiveness is explained by 35.7%. Seiketsu aspect (Rawat) (X4) gives a significant influence to SME Competitiveness (Y) in North Jakarta. This means that the better Seiketsu (Rawat) (X4) it will be good also Competitiveness of SMEs (Y) in North Jakarta. The Shitsuke (Rajin) aspect is not significant in influencing the Competitiveness of SMEs in North Jakarta. Simultaneously, Seiri variables, Seiton (Rapi), Seiso (Resik), Seiketsu (Rawat), Shitsuke (Rajin), show a positive and significant impact on SME Competitiveness. Understanding the amount of savings that can be saved in a certain period of time should be known early on. It aims to prepare knowledge in children for discipline in saving and wise in the use of savings in the future. Through training in the form of the use of digital information in digging the goal of saving children is expected to be educated children about the discipline in saving, the amount of savings to be achieved and its use in realizing the wishes of children in the future. This research involves children from elementary school (SD) to high school (SMA) at the Orphanage. The results of this training explains that materials and implementations aimed at educating children in terms of savings that utilize digital information provide benefits and knowledge to participants. The ability factor of instructor/speaker is effective in giving the material to the participants. Market opportunities indicate the need for more tax consultants in the effort of one of them achieving tax revenue targets. Efforts to increase these numbers can be supported early on starting from the level of Higher Education, where graduates with related courses can contribute in shaping the profession of tax consultants in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the desire of career dipengaurhi by the basic factors. By using multiple regression analysis and measurement with SPSS, the results of the study explain that career choice is influenced by personal factors, intrinsic value of work, job market opportunity, financial reward, professional recognition, work environment, social value. Socialization of the profession as a consultant is deemed necessary especially to form and increase student motivation, especially from accounting study program. The study aims to know and analyze interest in marching as a tax consultant and the factors that influence it. The results of this study describe career choices as influenced by personalities, intrinsic value of employment, job market opportunities, financial rewards / awards, professional recognition, work environment, and social values. The need for </em><em>boarding house </em><em>become one of the important things for residents in Indonesia, especially around the office and campus. The distribution of the population in search of employment and lecture forces the situation for the need of </em><em>boarding house </em><em>given the relatively short residence time or the relatively close location. This study aims to analyze the dominant factors that become the consideration of residents in choosing the boarding</em><em> houses</em><em> in Jakarta. Factors used in this research are facilities, price, location, security, </em><em>boarding house </em><em>environment, reputation, and reference. The study involved 34 </em><em>boarding house </em><em>residents in Jakarta. The analysis </em><em>uses</em><em> KMO-Bartlett test to analyze priority factors. The results of this study explain that the existence of public facilities for example: waiting room guests, TV watching room together, shared pantry, public toilets/bathrooms and places/buildings are well maintained </em><em>boarding house</em><em> be a major factor in consideration of residents. The next factors that become the main consideration is to choose a boarding house due to friend factor and reputation/image place/owner </em><em>boarding house</em><em>. Suggestion of this research is more emphasize on effort to make </em><em>boarding house </em><em>business in Jakarta where can consider to provide public facilities such as a comfortable waiting room that allows for space to communicate between residents and guests and also among co-inhabitants </em><em>boarding house</em><em>. Other factors such as making a small garden or providing crops are important to make the atmosphere of </em><em>boarding house </em><em>cooler and soothing. Training activities using used plastic bottle media and acrylic paints are training to make Nirmana Dwimatra or 2 dimensional Designs that utilize </em><em>used goods</em><em>. Activity Nirmana 2 Matra is application to design elements, ie point, line, plane, color, and texture which is processed by applying certain design principles, such as harmony (Harmony), Rhythm, repetition (Repetition), unity (Unity ), balance (balance), and other design principles. This training activity is intended to train and provide insight to children of primary school age, so that they can be inspired and able to innovate on the 2-dimensional works that they already know. Creativity and innovative work can be one way to generate motivation in conducting teaching and learning activities.</em><em> </em><em>Through the Community Service of the Faculty of Art and Design Tarumanagara University, lecturers can provide training to create 2-dimensional work, which in turn is expected to provide benefits to teachers and students to give birth to new works better and more innovative. 2-dimensional work processing skills are very useful in supporting teaching and learning activities tailored to the needs of the National Curriculum materials, such as the work of color composition and the work of processing the form. The need to create new entrepreneurs has led many educational institutions to include entrepreneurship education in their curriculum. Entrepreneurship education is a development activity for those who want to try or become entrepreneurs and activities to improve understanding and knowledge of entrepreneurship (Fitriati and Hermiati, 2010). The goal of entrepreneurship education is so that learners learn to understand entrepreneurship, learn to have if entrepreneurship, and learn to be entrepreneur (Heinonen and Poikkijoki, 2006). Entrepreneurship education remains in debate on the extent to which entrepreneurship education has an influence on learners, the accuracy and effectiveness of entrepreneurship teaching methods, and the debate on whether entrepreneurship can be taught. This study aims to analyze whether the entrepreneurship education conducted has an impact to arouse students' entrepreneurial intentions. Subjects in this study are students of Entrepreneurship class. Concept operationalization is done by adopting Mohamad et al (2015) research. Data analysis technique uses Different T-Test Differences. Result showed that there was no significant difference in the intention of entrepreneurship of learners.
