Every product, whether real or virtual that is presented to meet specific human needs, should be assessed as an industrial product. As stated by the UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization) in the International Recommendations for Tourism Statistics 2008, the tourism industry includes; accommodation for visitors, food and beverage service activities, passenger transportation, travel agencies and other reservation activities, cultural activities, and sports and entertainment activities.The skyrocketing world of tourism in Indonesia has an impact on other businesses, including hotels, restaurants and tourism management. The tourism industry is probably one of the most grueling industries to work in. For business people or Top Management companies in the tourism sector, the quality of human resources is a major factor that needs to be considered in order to be able to run the business optimally, this quality depends on the competence of human resources, namely a combination of Soft Skills and Hard Skills competencies.For this reason, it is imperative that vocational students must have a structure of knowledge and skills in order to enter the world of work and be able to adapt well after graduation and be able to access and use competencies optimally (competency dimensions).This Community Service activity was carried out on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 with the theme \"Skills Needed in the World of Tourism Work at SMK Darmawan Bogor by using the online media Google Meet. The procedure for this service activity is carried out by providing attractive and easy-to-understand presentation material for students and students, the presentation of the material is prepared using power point media and several sample videos to facilitate the delivery stages to students and students. Therefore, this community service project was commenced in order to inform and present the importance of understanding all of these four factors to all of the individuals working within the company in order to enable these individuals (together with their teams) to achieve their goals. This community service activity was conducted in Alfa Land, in which, a total of 37 individuals working in Alfa Land were participating in this community service activity. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this community service project was conducted virtually through Zoom Meeting Conference Platform. So that this community service activity takes place online with participants from students / I SMK Bonavita Tangerang. In this community service consists of two parts, the first is the provision of material and an understanding of non-virtual and virtual shooting procedures, so that participants understand the basics of shooting from pre-production, production to post-production, in which the material is given direct practical examples. conducted by the two speakers. The final result of this community service activity went well and was responded well by the participants. As an area for buying and selling technical equipment that tends to be homogeneous, the HWI Lindeteves Jakarta market has an interesting phenomenon to research. This study aims to explain the effect of Market Orientation and Entrepreneurship Orientation on Business Performance. This quantitative research uses multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The measuring instrument used is SPSS 23.0. The results of this study explain that business performance is affected by market orientation. Furthermore, Business Performance is also influenced by Entrepreneurial Orientation. Simultaneously, this study explains that business performance is influenced by market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation. The better the company strategy is related to understanding Market Orientation and Entrepreneurship Orientation, the better it will support Business Performance. The data from BPS (2020) shows people graduated from higher school had a largest contribution compared from the other. Looking at this situation Indonesia ministry of industry (Kemenperin) recall an action to give an outlook of Industrial Revolution as an opportunity to drive more entrepreneur in Indonesia. It believes, Indonesia have a prolific people to compete the other South East Asian Country. However, the novelty of COVID-19 pandemic hardly hit many sector business, some of business also furlough or even to rid off their employee. As a result, negative growth is unavoidable, in April- June accounted to decreased -5,32% at least to be compared economic performance in year-to-year period. In order to cope the foresee situation, this community services had an initiative to emerged entrepreneurial leadership in industrial revolution era for higher education student. The aim of this services are to creating a young entrepreneur in future. Survey research is research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as a primary collection tool. There are 3 variables used, they are independent variable, mediation variable and dependent variable. Emotional intelligence and school environment as independent variables, learning motivation as mediating variables and learning achievement as dependent variables. The study involved as many as 89 students as respondents, the data were analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0. Several studies also focus on the relationship between satisfaction and the behavior of workers in an accommodation. This is important because service delivery according to quality standards is also determined by the performance of the workers in it. This study aims to analyse the factors that influence Intrinsic Motivation. The research subjects in this study were the XYZ company in Manado which was engaged in Resort & Spa services and the objects in this study were 92 employees who worked at the company. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMART PLS 3.0. Intrinsic Motivation variable is not influenced by employee expectations, then this study explains that employee expectations are influenced by work boredom. It is mainly because most people, particularly those who are from the younger generations, tend to not have a specific and clear intention of what they want to do, or what they want to achieve in their life, in which, they tend to just follow through with their life without having any clear intentions of what they really want to achieve in their life. Therefore, it is important for the younger generations to fully understand the importance and the crucial aspect of understanding their passion, their interest, or their affection toward certain field that they wish to do, in which, such passion could eventually and potentially become their career which they could develop for the entirety of their life. This community service was conducted virtually through Google Meet because of the current COVID-19 pandemic which hamper the possibility that this community service activity was conducted physically to the participants. Meanwhile, a total of 27 participants who participated in this community service session are senior high school students from Bunda Mulia Senior High School.
