Water quality is an important criteria for the productivity of a pond. The study was designed to assess the quality of pond water of Dighi Pond &Harahi pond of Darbhanga, Bihar, with reference to physico-chemical parameters including turbidity, conductivity, dissolve O 2 , free CO 2 , PH, potassium, zinc, iron, sodium, chloride and hardness. The results were evaluated and compared with both ponds' water quality. It is found that based on physico-chemical parameters, both ponds' water is not suitable for fish farming.","PeriodicalId":36913,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Survey in Fisheries Sciences","volume":"65 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91362748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Also, globalization has created a kind of scenario across the world that the experience and exposure fascinate the students to take this tough decision of leaving their home country. In Indian context, there is a significant transformation in the education industry during the last decade as a large number of Indian students are moving to foreign destinations every year not only for earning international degrees but also building careers in diverse fields. Present study describes about the challenges faced by Indian students when they travel to the host countries USA, Australia, and Canada through an empirical mode. The primary data is collected from a sample of four hundred Indian Immigrant students of USA, Australia and Canada based on questionnaire through snowball sampling method of data collection. The objectives included to analyse perception of Indian immigrant students regarding issues and challenges on gender basis and to analyse perception of Indian immigrant students regarding issues and challenges on the basis of country . The findings indicated host country language, inconvenient travelling, unpleasant behaviour of people as more challenging for females as compared to males in the host countries. Also, understanding of host country language, costly medical facilities, missing the country food crazily are more challenging for Indian immigrant students in Canada.","PeriodicalId":36913,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Survey in Fisheries Sciences","volume":"6 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75624463","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to Erving Goffman's theory of frame analysis, three key factors have been found to have an effect the way people work, social values, and personal values. Using the answers of 297 employees, the effect of these factors on how people act at work in terms of whether they want to leave or stay with the organization was evaluated in this study. A survey questionnaire was used to get the information. The Neural Network Analysis and the Binary Logistic Regression were used to look at the data and make sure that the Predictive Analysis of Generations X and Y was accurately find out. It was found that differences in personality and behaviour between Generation X and Generation Y cause Generation Y to leave jobs more often than Generation X. Based on the sample, the researchers also made predictions about the two Generations' plans to stay and leave.","PeriodicalId":36913,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Survey in Fisheries Sciences","volume":"55 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72410899","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Materials & Methods: In The Current Study, 30 Patients With The Distal Tibia Fractures Underwent Reduction & Internal Fixation By Open & Mippo Technique With The Medial Distal Tibial Locking Compression Plate. The Study Was Conducted From July 2018 To December 2020 At Department Of The Orthopedics In Sree Balaji Medical College & Hospital. Results: All Patients Had Excellent Clinical & Functional Outcome. The Age Of Patient Ranged From 23 - 62 Years With The Fracture Seen Commonly In The 4 th & 5 th Decade Of Life. Out Of The 30 Patients, 18 (60%) Were Male & 12(40%) Were Female, Indicating Male Predominance . All The Cases Were Then Evaluated Using The Iowa Ankle Score, Aofas Scoring Periodically & Only Final Follow Up Scores Were Taken For Compilation Of Results. Functional Results Based On Iowa Ankle Score In Mippo Group Among 18 Patients, 15 Patients Had Excellent Results With 2 Good And 1 Fair Result. In Orif Group Among 12 Patients, 8 Patients Had Excellent Results With 3 Good And 1 Fair Result. Based On Aofas Score In Mippo Group Among 18 Patients, 14 Patients Had Excellent Results ,3 Had Good Result, 1 Fair Result And No Poor Result. In Orif Group Among 12 Patients, 7 Patients Had Excellent Results With 3 Good Result, 2 Fair Result And No Poor Result. Implant Failures Or Deformity Was Not Seen In Any Cases. Conclusion: The Current Study Provides Ample Stability Of The Fracture & Facilitates Early Motion. It Also Helps In Achieving The Rapid Union & Allows The Preservation Of Blood Supply To The Fragment & Achieve Fracture Reduction. The Biggest Advantage Of Fixation Of The Fracture With Distal Tibial Locking Plate Is That Anatomical Reduction Is Achieved & Added Advantage In Mippo Is Fracture Hematoma Is Not Disturbed. This Study Shows That Lcp With Mipo Technique Provides Better Healing Of Fracture With Good Recovery And Lesser Complications Of Treatment.","PeriodicalId":36913,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Survey in Fisheries Sciences","volume":"11 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89110545","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
