Based on interviews conducted with 5 respondents of post cesarean section patients in Gardenia Room of PMI Bogor Hospital, out of 5 respondents 3 of them said they did not practice early mobilization because they felt anxious in the area of post cesarean section injury.This study aims to determine the relationship between early mobilization and the process of wound healing of inflammation phase among post caesarean section women in Gardernia Room of PMI Bogor West Java. The researcher used descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach. The sample used in this study is total sampling. The instruments used in this study consisted of demographic quetionnaires, respondent characteristics, early mobilization, early mobilization observation sheets anda BWAT questionnaires. Data are annalyzed using Chi-Square test to find out whether there is an effect of mobilization on the post casarean section wound healing process.The results showed that there is an effect of early mobilization on wound healing process of inflammation phase among post caesarean section women with a p value of 0,000. Early Mobilization is very important to reduce the risks of prolonged bed rest and is done to help heal post operative caesarean sores and also could improve the Nursing planning program for wound healing process for women post SC specific by phase of inflammation.","PeriodicalId":368213,"journal":{"name":"Nursing and Health Sciences Journal (NHSJ)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130348742","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Post CS suture wound healing is influenced by several factors, one of which is the consumption of high protein nutrition such as eggs. This study aimed to determine post-SC wound healing among postpartum women who consumed boiled eggs at the RSIA Pasutri, Bogor in 2021. This research method was a Quasy Experiment Design with a post-test approach with Control Group. The total population was 30 postpartum women post CS, with a sample of 15 experimental groups and 15 control groups taken by purposive sampling, while data analysis used parametric test is Independent T-Test. The results of the study found that post CS postpartum women who consumed boiled eggs all respondents experienced post CS ound healing with good wounds which was 15 respondents (100%) compared to those who did not consume boiled eggs which was only 8 respondents (53.3%) experienced good wound healing. while the others experienced poor wound healing which was 7 respondents (46.7%). Based on the Independent T-Test statistical test in the experimental and control groups, the results of p value = 0.002 <0.05, thus there was a difference in post-SC wound healing between experiment and control group. This study aims to explain the relationship between self-efficacy with coping mechanisms in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This study used correlation research design with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling technique in this study used consecutive sampling with respondents 36 outpatients type 2 diabetes mellitus in dr. Data was obtained by giving questionnaires of the Diabetes Management Self Efficacy Scale (DMSES) and the Cope Inventory, analyzed by using Spearman Rank correlation test. This study showed a significant relationship between self-efficacy and coping mechanism (p = 0.001) with a strong and positive correlation (r = 0.673) which shows the higher self-efficacy of the patient then the coping mechanism will better. The national scope of giving breastmilk in 2018 is 32,3%. However, the national scope target for breastmilk set by the Ministry of Health, is 80%. In exclusive breastfeeding, mother needs support from the family as closest neighborhood. This study aim to identify publications that provide information on concepts and data relevant to the topic of family support for exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia. This study uses a literature review design with 3 search enginees: Science Direct, Google Scholar, and PubMed. The total of 12 selected articles with a cross-sectional approach has population of mother and baby aged 0-24 months. The results of the article analysis shows that 9 articles stated that there were relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding. Then, 3 articles stated that there were no relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding. Support that comes from husband and other family members can increase mother's ability to give exclusive breastfeeding, a sense of calm and comfortable. Thereby, it also can increase production of the hormone oxytocin and affect breastmilk production. In addition, family support can increase confidence in exclusive breastfeeding. By continously giving an exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months, can provide benefits for both mother and baby. The nursing implication that can be done is to provide health education to mother regarding exclusive breastfeeding as the main source of food and the best nutrition for babies in a first 6 months. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":368213,"journal":{"name":"Nursing and Health Sciences Journal (NHSJ)","volume":"300 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124286122","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
