Because of the scale invariance and the complex shape selectivity of C2 feature, the tracking model can obtain good performance even in some challenging videos. However, the C2 feature lacks of the relative position relationship among the patches. It may cause tracking drift when dealing with approximately symmetric object, such as faces. A new visual tracking model is proposed based on biologically inspired C2 feature and whole constraint in this paper. The whole constraint is used to make an overall constraint of the patch position relationship. The proposed method aims to improve the watermarking performance against gain attacks. Unlike the original AQIM method [1], the DAQIM method quantizes the difference of the two angles instead of the angles themselves. This paper aims in describing an ARM 7 LPC 2129 based Temperature measurement system with Controller Area Network (CAN) bus. Objective of this paper is to construct a hardware proposal for communication between nodes with CAN bus. A Node to Node communication link has been established which are connected via CAN bus so as to observe and control the temperature values transferring on the CAN bus and send the command signals onto the another node. The hardware boards are designed to be capable of supporting high speed bit rate up to 1Mbps. The CAN communication module can transmit or receive data following CAN Protocol. With the help of the software used, the CAN-BUS communication would be clear to the nodes of the ARM 7 Controllers in the system. In addition, owing to the high cost of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure deployment in the rural areas, delay in broadband services is being experienced. Therefore, the Power Lines Communication (PLC) technology could have the potential to provide a broadband access through the entire electricity grid. Broadband PLC uses power lines as a high-speed digital transmission channel. This paper investigates low voltage Channel Transfer Function (CTF) of PLC technology for the purpose of data transmission regarding Malaysia electrical cable specification by using Matlab-Simulink software. Firstly we quantize the three components of the HSV space and define a one-dimension color vector with a rigorous constraint. Then we introduce the vector to the standard SIFT descriptor and propose the novel color SIFT, termed CQ-SIFT.
