Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan material tanah putih dan pasir. Selanjutnya bahan material dicampur dengan semen dengan variasi material 1:5, 1:6, 1:7, 1:8 dan 1:9. Kemudian dicetak dengan cara, pemadatan dan pengeringan. Setelah proses pengeringan dilakukan pengujian karakteristik sifat fisik dan mekanik benda uji berupa: uji kuat tekan (compression strength), densitas (density), porositas dan karakterisasi SEM. Berdasarkan analisis data, batako yang memiliki nilai densitas untuk variasi campuran tanah putih 665 mesh 2,05 gr/cm3, 2,04 gr/cm3dan 1,99 gr/cm3. Pada variasi campuran tanah putih 114 mesh 2,16 gr/cm3, 2,14 gr/cm3dan 2,05 gr/cm3. Untuk variasi campuran pasir 665 mesh 2,04 gr/cm3, 1,89 gr/cm3dan 2,11 gr/cm3. Untuk variasi campuran pasir 114 mesh 2,05 gr/cm3, 2,11 gr/cm3dan 2,02 gr/cm3.kuat tekan batako pada variasi campuran tanah putih 114 meshsebesar 20 kg/cm² memenuhi standar kuat tekan minimum mutu  IV. Sedangkan untuk porositas pada variasi campuran 1:6 dan 1:8 memenuhi standar penyerapan air pada mutu I dan mutu II. \u0000Kata kunci: Tanah putih, pasir, densitas, penyerapan air, kuat tekan dan SEM. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000A research of determination of surface morphology, physical properties and mechanical properties of brick based on the composition of the mixture has been done. This research was done by using material of white soil and sand. Then Materials are mixted with cement with materials variation 1:5, 1:6, 1:7, 1:8 dan 1:9. Than each one was molded by means of compaction and drying.  After drying process the physical and mechanical properties of the test specimen is done in the form of compression test, density, porosity, and SEM characterization. Based on data analysis, brick with mixed variation of white soil of 665 mesh has the density value of 2,05 gr/cm3, 2,04 gr/cm3 dan 1,99 gr/cm3. For brick with mixed variation of white soilof 114 mesh has the density value are 2,16 gr/cm3, 2,14 gr/cm3dan 2,05 gr/cm3. For brick with mixed variation of sand of 665 mesh has the density value are 2,04 gr/cm3, 1,89 gr/cm3 dan 2,11 gr/cm3. Compressive strength of brick with mixed variation of white soil of 114 mesh is 20 kg/cm² meet the minimum compressive strength standard of quality IV. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui nilai periode dominan tanah dan percepatan tanah maksimum, serta untuk membuat peta PGA dan juga peta Mikrozonasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 45 titik dengan jarak antar titik ± 250 m dari titik satu ke titik lainnya dengan waktu perekaman selama ± 20 menit menggunakan TDS tipe 303S. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan software Datapro, Geopsy, Surfer 13, dan Google Earth. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh nilai frekuensi dominan (). Parameter ini digunakan untuk meghitung nilai PGA menggunakan persamaan empiris Kanai dengan data katalog gempa bumi dari tahun 1966-2016. Metode Mc.Guirre dan Esteva hanya menggunakan data katalog gempa saja dalam menghitung PGA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa nilai frekuensi dominan berkisar antara 0,273 Hz – 17,887 Hz. Nilai percepatan tanah maksimum berdasarkan persamaan empiris Kanai berkisar antara 32,319 gal – 261,178 gal, Mc.Guirre berkisar antara 128,215 gal – 134,862 gal dan Esteva berkisar antara 147,359 gal – 156,007 gal. Hasil dari ketiga persamaan ini memiliki perbedaan dengan peta hazard gempa Indonesia. \u0000Kata kunci: HVSR, Mikrozonasi, Kanai, Mc.Guirre, Esteva, Bitobe \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The research using HVSR (Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio) has been carried out to map the disturb areas to earthquakes in Bitobe village. The aims of this research are to determine the values of soil dominant frequency and the peak ground acceleration than make PGA map and also microzonation map. Data were collected at 45 points with the distance between points ± 250 meters from one point to the other with ± 20 minutes of recording time used TDS 303S type. The data were processed using software Datapro, Geopsy, Surfer 13, and Google Earth. The result of data processing was dominant frequency value (). This parameter was used to calculate the peak ground acceleration with Kanai empirical equations. The earthquakes catalog data were used from 1966-2016. Mc.Guirre and Esteva method only used the earthquakes catalog data to calculated the PGA. According to this research, it was obtained that the values of the dominant frequency was about 0,273 Hz – 17,887 Hz. The values of peak ground acceleration based on Kanai empirical equations about 32,319 gal – 261,178 gal, Mc.Guirre about 128,215 gal – 134,862 gal and Esteva about 147,359 gal – 156,007 gal. Dalam penelitian ini Arduino Uno yang berfungsi sebagai pusat instruksi menggunakan mikrokontrol ATMega 328 digunakan untuk mengolah data pengukuran tinggi dan massa tubuh yang diperoleh dari sensor Sharp IR GP2Y0A02YK0F dan Load Cell. Sistem pengukuran ini dikontro,l menggunakan bahasa pemrograman arduino. Setelah arduino uno mendapatkan data tinggi dan massa tubuh, data tersebut dikirimkan ke  raspberry  pi 3 untuk menghitung nilai indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan penentuan kategori tubuh menggunakan bahasa pemrograman lazarus. Jika nilai IMT >17,0  memiliki kategori tubuh “sangat kurus”, nilai IMT antara 17,0 – 18,4 memiliki kategori tubuh “kurus”, nilai IMT anatar 18,5 – 25,0 memiliki kategori tubuh “normal”, nilai IMT antara 25,1 – 27,0 memiliki kategori tubuh “gemuk”, dan nilai IMT  > 27,0 memiliki kategori tubuh “sangat gemuk”. Raspberry pi 3 ini juga sudah dilengkapi dengan support HDMI oleh karena itu  semua data tinggi, massa, IMT dan kategori tubuh  yang diperoleh ini akan di tampilkan pada Monitor HDMI sebagai outputnya. \u0000Kata Kunci :  IMT, IR GP2Y0A02YK0F ,Load Cell, Arduino, Raspberry, HX711, HDMI. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000A human body mass index measurement system has been developed by using IR sharp distance infrared cencorG P2Y0A02YK0F,200 kg Load Cell, Arduino Uno,Raspberry PI 3,HX711, HDMI display and the other electronic components. In this research Arduino Uno has a purpose as the instruction center with AT Mega 328 microcontroller is used to prosess high measurement data and body mass obtained from cencor Sharp IR GP2Y0A02YK0F dan Load Cell. This measurement system is controlled by the Arduino programming language. After Arduino Uno get a high data and body mass, the data is sent to raspberry  pi 3 to calculate body mass index value ( BMI ) and the body category determination using lazarus programming language. If the BMI value < 17,0 classified as “very thin” body category, the BMI value between 17,0 – 18,4 has the category of “ thin body “, the value of intermediate BMI 18,5 – 25,0 has the “ normal body “ category, BMI value between 25,1 – 27,0 has a “ fat body “ category, and a BMI value >27,0 has a “ very fat body “ category. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kemunculan sintilasi ionosfer antara Kupang dan Darwin serta mekanisme kemunculan sintilasi ionosfer di Kupang dan Darwin dengan variasi indeks S4 ≥ 0.4, ≥ 0.5 dan ≥ .6. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengolah data sintilasi dengan software MATLAB untuk mendapatkan grafik variasi harian, dan dilanjutkan dengan pengerjaan menggunakan microsoft excell untuk mendapatkan grafik bulanan dan tahunan serta grafik perbandingan kemunculan sintilasi ionosfer di Kupang dan Darwin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan kemunculan sintilasi ionosfer di Kupang dan Darwin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan kemunculan sintilasi ionosfer antara Kupang dan Darwin tahun 2013 memiliki korelasi yang kuat dengan indeks S4 ≥ 0.4 terjadi pada bulan September dan Oktober dengan koefisien korelasi ≥ 0.6 dan pada bulan Mei dan Juli memiliki korelasi yang lemah dengan koefisien korelasi ≥ 0.5 sedangkan pada bulan Juni, Agustus dan November tidak berkorelasi. \u0000Kata kunci : indeks S4, sintilasi ionosfer, analisis. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000Comparrative analysis of ionospheric synthesis in Kupang and Darwin has been done. This study aims to find out the comparison of ionospheric synthesis between Kupang and Darwin and mechanism of emergence of Kupang and Darwin ionosphere synthesis with variation of S4 index  ≥ 0,4, ≥ 0,5 and ≥ 0,6. The method used is to process the synthesis data with MATLAB software to get daily variation graph, and continued with workmanship using microsoft excell to get monthly and annual variation graph and comparison graph of ionospheric in Kupang and Darwin. Berdasarkan perhitungan cacah per menit sampel laboratorium, hasil yang didapatkan melebihi ambang batas dosis radiasi yang diperbolehkan untuk persyaratan air minum(permenkes no:492/ menkes/ per/ IV/ 2010) tanggal 19 April 2010 yaitu: β= 2,7 xµCi/gram dan α = 0,27 xµCi/gram yang berasal dari radiasi Beta dan Alpha. Telah dilakukan identifikasi keberadaan basement terhadap data anomali Bouguer lengkap di Cekungan Timor dengan posisi geografis 9.40 LS – 10.40 LS dan 123.50 BT – 125.40 BT. Identifikasi keberadaan basement di bawah Cekungan Timor dilakukan berdasarkan data anomali medan gravitasi. Data anomali medan gravitasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah hasil pengukuran Geodetic Satellite dan European Remote Sensing Satellite yang telah terkoreksi hingga koreksi udara bebas. Berdasarkan hasil inversi 3D, densitas rata-rata secara keselurahan dari lapisan pertama hingga lapisan kesepuluh adalah 2.662 . Cekungan Timor yang merupakan sebuah tempat terakumulasinya sedimen dan memiliki basement yang merupakan jenis batuan metamorf dari kedalam 3.86 km hingga 20 km yang kuat dan bersifat tidak meloloskan air maka cekungan ini diduga memiliki potensi adanya jebakan sumber energi alam berupa minyak dan gas. \u0000Kata kunci: Gravitasi, batuan dasar, Cekungan, anomali Bouguer lengkap, densitas, pemodelan. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000Gravity method is a method used to find the difference of gravity value from one point to another in a place caused by mass distribution which is below the surface of research area. Basement identification of complete Bouguer anomaly data has been done in the Timor Basin with geographical position 9.40 LS – 10.40 LS dan 123.50 BT – 125.40 BT. The identification of the basement under the Timor Basin is based on gravity field anomaly data. The gravity field anomaly data used in the research is the result of measurement of Geodetic Satellite and European Remote Sensing Satellite which has been corrected to free air correction. Based on the inversion, the overall average density from the first layer to the tenth layer 2.662 . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karateristik kejadian badai magnetik serta menentukan periode kemunculan badai magnetik di Kota Kupang. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Software Microsoft Excel untuk dibuat grafik data komponen magnet bumi terhadap waktu dan Software Matlab 2011 untuk penentuan periodesitas kejadian badai magnetik menggunakan transformasi fourier cepat (FFT). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, karateristik kejadian badai magnetik yang terdapat di daerah penelitian untuk bulan Oktober 2014 sampai September 2016 adalah untuk tingkat aktivitas gangguan magnetik maksimum ditandai dengan nilai K indeks=8, A indeks=54.875 dan penurunan nilai Dst= -121 nT, sehingga dikategorikan badai menengah dan tingkat aktivitas gangguan magnetik minimum ditandai dengan nilai K indeks=3, A indeks=11.5 serta penurunan nilai Dst = -17 nT, sehingga dikategorikan relatif tenang. Periode kemunculan aktivitas magnetik bulan Oktober 2014-September 2016 adalah berada dalam periode satu harian sampai sepuluh harian. \u0000Kata kunci : Variasi harian magnetik, badai magnetik, periodesitas, K indeks, A indeks. \u0000ABSTRACT     \u0000The research about analysis of magnetic storm events in Kupang City from October 2014 to September 2016 has been done. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristic of storm events and the period of emergence magnetic storm from Kupang City. The data used is the daily magnetic variation data obtained from Meteorogical Climatological and Geophysical Agency in Kupang City. The data processing using by Microsoft Excel software to create graph data of the earth magnetic components against time and Matlab 2011 sofware to   determining the periodicity of magnetic storm events using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). From the results of data processing, the characteristic of magnetic storm events in the study area from October 2014 to September 2016 were for the maximum magnetic interference activity level occurring on june 22th, 2015 due to burst of CME marked by the value of K index = 8, A index = 54.875 and degradation value of DST = -121 nT, so category middle storm and minimum magnetic interference activity level occurred  on February 10th, 2015 due to burst of CME and flare marked with value K index = 3, A index =11.5, and decreasing value of DST =-17 nT, thus categorized relatively quietly. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi geologi bawah permukaan daerah penelitian dengan menggunakan data anomali udara bebas dari Sandwell dan Smith 2016. Data tersebut direduksi dengan koreksi atmosfer, koreksi Bouguer Sederhana, dan koreksi kurvatur hingga memperoleh anomali Bouguer Lengkap. Data anomali Bouguer dibawa ke bawah bidang topografi dengan metode kontinuasi ke bawah sedalam 300 m menggunakan program Magpic. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemodelan 2 dimensi menggunakan program Grav2DC. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kondisi geologi bawah permukaan gunung Anak Ranakah dan Sekitarnya didominasi oleh batuan basalt (densitas 2,70 -3.30 ), andesit (densitas 2.4 -2.8 ), dan soil (densitas 1.2 -2.40 ). \u0000Kata kunci: Anomali Gravitasi, Pemodelan 2D, Gunung Anak Ranakah \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000Geophysical research by using the gravity method has been carried out on the Ranakah child mountain and surrounding areas in Manggarai Regency of East Nusa Tenggara in June until July 2016. This research aims to know the condition of the subsurface geology of the area of research using the free air anomaly data from Sandwell and Smith 2016. The data are reduced by atmospheric correction, Simple Bouguer correction, and the correction of curvature to obtain complete Bouguer anomalies. Bouguer anomaly data brought down the field topography with continuation method down as deep as 300 m using the Magpic. Then, 2 dimensional modeling is done using the Grav2DC. Faktor – faktor ini yang mendorong pertumbuhan Kacang Arbila secara optimal‚ sehingga diperoleh hasil yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis terbaik teknik radiasi multigamma yang terdiri dari 5 unsur: Cd-109‚ Co-60‚ Cs-137‚ Mn-54‚ dan Sn-113‚ dalam pengembangan tanaman kacang Arbila lokal tipe menjalar di daerah Camplong‚ dan mengetahui karakteristik fisis unggul hasil radiasi multigamma. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu radiasi multigamma meliputi 8 perlakuan yaitu tanpa radiasi‚ 1000 radiasi‚ 1500 radiasi‚ 2000 radiasi‚ 2500 radiasi‚ 3000 radiasi‚ 3500 radiasi‚ dan 4000 radiasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan dosis radiasi terbaik untuk tanaman Kacang Arbila lokal adalah 4000 rads. Karakter fisis unggul yang diperoleh meliputi tumbuh lebih cepat‚ tinggi tanaman 2‚65cm‚ umur tanaman lebih singkat73 hst‚ jumlah produksi lebih besar 39‚7 gram dan kandungan protein 33‚43%. \u0000Kata kunci :  Kacang Arbila dan radiasi multigamma. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000protein content is 33‚ Arbilabean (phaseolus lunatus) is one of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) original leguminosa‚ specially in Fatuleu subdistrick which has important owning role to fulfill human need‚ which has high-grade of owning content of nutriant and also supporting human income. Productivity level of Arbilabean was influenced by many factors‚ for exampls : the usage of pre-eminent varieties‚ fertilities of land and also conservancy tecnique. Those factors were push forward optimal growth of Arbilabean ‚ so that it was obtained maximal crops.  The aim of research is to know the best dose of multigamma radiation tecnique wich consists of 5 elemens : Cd-109‚ Co-60‚ Cs-137‚ Mn-54‚ and Sn-113 for development local Arbilabean on creep type in Camplong area and to know pre-aminent physical characteristic by multigamma radition. The method used in this research was multigamma radiation‚ coverred 8 treatments i-e : without rads‚ 1000 rads‚ 1500 rads‚ 2000 rads‚ 2500 rads‚ 3000 rads‚ 3500 rads‚and  4000 rads. The result of this research was indicated that using the best dose of radiation for the crops of local Abilabean is 4000 rads. Biomassa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tempurung kelapa dan sekam padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi komposisi sekam padi dan variasi perekat terhadap parameter fisis briket tempurung kelapa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai densitas, nilai kadar air, nilai porositas dan nilai kadar abu, secara berturut-turut berkisar antara (0.69  - 1.12 ), (3,33% - 7,57%.), (16,66% - 31,88%.), (38,46% - 66,66%.). Analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, komposisi sekam padi berbanding terbalik dengan nilai densitas, nilai kadar air dan nilai kadar abu briket dan berbanding lurus dengan nilai porositas briket. Berdasarkan nilai densitas, nilai kadar air, dan nilai kadar abu briket, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini briket dengan komposisi 40% tempurung kelapa dan 60% sekam padi memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan komposisi lainnya. \u0000Kata Kunci : Briket, Tempurung kelapa, Sekam padi, Densitas, Kadar air, Porositas dan Kadar abu. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000Bio-briquette is one of the fuels that comes from biomass. The biomass used in this research is coconut shell and rice husk. The aims of this research are to know the influence of variation of rice husk composition and thickness variation on physical parameters of shell briquettes. The results of this study indicate that the density, moisture value, porosity and ash values, respectively ranged between (0.69  - 1.12 ), (3,33% - 7,57%.), (16,66% - 31,88%.), (38,46% - 66,66%.). The analysis showed that in general, the composittion of rice husk is inversely proportional to density, moisture value and briquette ash value, otherwise the composition of rice husk is directly proportional briquette porosity value.
