The relay operates mainly during the internal fault condition and it must be insensitive to any fault outside the zone of protection. In this paper, a fuzzy logic based differential protection schemes has been used. It blocks the tripping through outer fault and internal fault conditions. The simulation result of FLC with disparity relay for 3 phase transformer shows fast tripping during internal fault and also avoids the mal operation of relay during external fault.","PeriodicalId":365290,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125088022","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It scrutinizes all available technologies to find solutions to all issues to above mentioned domains. The major focus was to recreate the conventional Tonga by replacing the animal mode of transportation to electro-mechanical mode of transportation which can be run using Renewable energy. This recreated Tonga is eco-friendly, less cost, and creates less pollution. The three major components are a rechargeable battery, motor and wheels. Battery supplies electrical power to the motors which converts this electrical power into mechanical power and gives them to the wheels via a shaft. The Tonga could carry two to three passengers at a time from one point to the other. It is possible to incorporate a solar panel which can provide a secondary source of energy input other than battery, as well as an Arduino with line follower to control the Tonga. The paper aims to promote tourism and to use Tonga available without torturing animals.","PeriodicalId":365290,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122589472","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Education decides the future of the nation and the destiny of its people. The impact will be a long-lasting one in terms of the growth and development of the nation and its citizens. The role of education and its importance cannot be overlooked in today's world. International styles and conditions are already influencing India's higher education. For the last number of years, India has attracted a good number of foreign students, including NRIs, in larger numbers, who join various skilled, tutorial, and academic programs. Also, many foreign universities are offering students the opportunity to get their degrees without leaving India. There are trends to liberalise university systems in a way that enables them to reduce the gap with private universities. Although India has made significant steps in terms of improving access to and participation at all levels of education, the common picture of the country's growth in education is complicated, and there are many ongoing problems and difficulties associated with exposure and participation in education that the country's growth rate in education. education delivered, educational equity, system efficiency, governance, and governance. The issue of higher education in India has always been prominent as one of the major drivers of public space travel. A good education, of course, opens the way to a rewarding career.  The nature of programmes offered by HEIs has undergone a massive transformation, resulting in the acquisition of mastery-level skills and competencies that are in greater demand. Degrees generating employment opportunities would be the most likely to be chosen in the future. All of us are deeply concerned about the quality and accessibility of higher education. Advances in digital technology are changing the way educational resources are developed, communicated, and accessed around the world. The use of digital technologies in all sectors of higher education has also gained significant attention in India. This, in turn, helps to improve the quality and accessibility of higher education for a large number of students, as well as the upskilling of teachers across the country. In this prevalent scenario, NEP 2020 is introduced to give thrust to the Indian education system and propel it to the next level. The New Education Policy 2020 announced by the Government of India became a welcome change and news amidst all the bad things happening around the world. Over time, various committees have recommended that the education budget increase be increased to 6% of GDP. This has led to the interest of researchers. The announcement of NEP 2020 was unexpected by many. The proposed NEP 2020 reforms have been something that many academic experts have never seen coming. Although education policy has had an equal impact on school and college education, this article focuses on NEP 2020 and its impact on higher education. This paper also outlines key featur","PeriodicalId":365290,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115692654","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But for our wireless systems, the spectrum is divided into two categories: the first is licensed and the second is unlicensed. Licensed spectrum is used by authorized users and unlicensed spectrum is free for all users. But most of the time it is shown the hat licensed spectrum may not be properly utilized by primary users (PUs), at that time spectrum band is free. To mitigate that inappropriate use of spectrum cognitive radio (CR) network is used. In CR there is one challenge that among the CR node some nodes experience an impact of multipath and shadowing, and another is to sense the spectrum under a lower signal to noise ratio. To overcome the effect of multipath and shadowing co-operative spectrum sensing has been used but it has large energy utilization. This extra energy is consumed in sensing the spectrum and reporting each nodes local decision to Fusion Centre (FC). In this paper we discuss three different schemes for total sensing time and energy decrement or throughput improvement. Here we go after for the genetic algorithm and integer linear programming scheme for overall energy minimization and throughput maximization.","PeriodicalId":365290,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126060064","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Together with these multiple genetic etiologies, there is a broad variability in the disease’s clinical manifestations in terms of the age of symptom onset, site of onset, rate and pattern of progression, and cognitive involvement. In this paper, prediction of human paralysis is done based on extraction of features from the ALS dataset samples. The classification has been carried by two different Machine Learning based algorithms i.e., Gradient Boosting (GB), and neural Network (NN). The standard data set such as ALS has been used for this purpose. The classifier model has used 80% data as a training set and the remaining 20% of data as the test set. The result shows that GB and NN perform better with an accuracy of 98%. Based on the desired accuracy, this classification model serves better compared with existing models.","PeriodicalId":365290,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130075450","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
