It is native of Mexico and cultivated in Indian gardens. The root bark is bitter and useful in leprosy, pains, fever. The infrequent fatty acids, glycosides sugar derivatives and new aromatic ester were isolated form methanol extract of stem bark of plant Plumeria acutifolia . The structures of these three compounds were recognized on the basis of chemical reactions and spectral analysis as n-octyl stearate, heptoglucosyl rhamoside and a new aromatic ester a vanillic acid-O-tetraarabinosyl stearate. This study advocates that plant contain a large number of bioactive compounds.","PeriodicalId":364917,"journal":{"name":"The Global Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125663685","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The hypothesis that this research is pursuing is if bilateral relations have created a positive impact by implementing the Erasmus Mundus program. This is a longitudinal quantitative and analytical research based on primary and secondary sources. The source and data analysis are made by descriptive statistics that allow creating a good description of the particular objects. Results obtained from 2009 to 2014 show that 11% of Mexican applicants are accepted, this is a considerable percentage but there is still so much more to do in order to improve these programs because without any question academic exchange programs allow the progress of a better quality of life and for those who can expand their horizons it makes a better life, a better present and future.","PeriodicalId":364917,"journal":{"name":"The Global Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129819154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is so because the children born out of wedlock cannot be discriminated againstbecause there are born out of wedlock. For the right of children born out of wedlock to enure, the intestate must have acknowledged the paternity of such children. This paper critically reviews the right of inheritance of children born out of wedlock and discovers that the law has gone beyond acknowledgement of paternity as the condition precedent for the right to enure. Today, proof that the intestate was the biological father of such children grounds the right. The author expresses the view that this development of law is quite commendable.","PeriodicalId":364917,"journal":{"name":"The Global Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124714296","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Negative case analysis of these principles revealed that alternative principles were ignored in the social science literature. Based on a qualitative analysis a revised conceptualization of non-profit marketing was suggested which incorporated the principles of redistribution and reciprocity, the features of a closed model of formal organization, and public interest motivation. The critical theory approach to the study used non-empirical procedures that included negative case analysis. The paper presents results of negative case analysis.","PeriodicalId":364917,"journal":{"name":"The Global Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127130498","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
