IMPACT OF GST ON INDIAN ECONOMY

Abstract

This paper is a study of the new taxation system which is going to be implemented on 1 st July 2017. Indian taxation system has undergone tremendous reforms during the last decade. The tax rates have been rationalized and tax laws have been simplified resulting in better compliance, ease of tax payment and better enforcement. The process of rationalization of tax administration is ongoing in India. In this paper study is done that how GST will be implemented and what will be the impact on different sectors.
