Based on a preliminary study on mothers who have baduta, there is still a low knowledge of mothers where mothers who do not want to give immunizations to the clan, then the mother does not pay attention to the benefits that will be obtained by the mother of immunization. The purpose of the study was to find out the factors related to DPT immunization at Baduta. The research method uses analytical survey design with a cross sectional survey approach. The population is all mothers who have the target of DPT immunization as many as 845 million and a sample of 89 people, the sampling technique is using simple random sampling technique and analyzed by univariate and bivariate using the chi-square test. The results of the study showed a significant relationship between knowledge factors (Pvalue = 0,000 <α = 0.05), attitudes (Pvalue = 0.035 <α = 0.05), actions (Pvalue = 0.035 <α = 0.05), health services (Pvalue = 0.020 <α = 0.05), family support (Pvalue = 0.020 <α = 0.05), with DPT immunization. It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the factors of knowledge, attitudes, actions, health services, family support, and DPT immunization. Generally, the retention problem has a significant impact on continuing adequate health care to people especially in remote areas. For that reason, The Nusantara Sehat became the government’s priority program to fulfill the health worker needs in boundary areas nowadays. Since 2017, the program has individual nusantara sehat (ISN) assignment as an additional scheme beside the team based approach to fulfill the national health worker standard in primary health care. Therefore, it was necessary to provide an overview of the retention of INS assignment as an affirmative program in remote areas in Indonesia. The research was performed to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and retention of the INS personnel. The research was conducted a quantitative methods. Electronic questionnaires were distributed to individual nusantara sehat at December 2018. Total 444 questionnaires was returned in the survey and answered completely. The research found that 88.3% of the INS personnel reported as good retention and 44.4% of respondents had high job satisfaction. The Chi-squares test showed the significant relationship between the INS personnel’s retention and job satisfaction (p value=0.001, OR=3.09). The study identified the crucial satisfier factors were related to socio-cultural situation. In the other hand, organizational conditions were considered as the important dissatisfied factors to health workers retention. Thus, it was important to develop the health workers’ management scheme based on their location condition and basic supporting needs. The specific approach according the regional characteristics need to be applied to retain the health worker retention and satisfaction in remote areas. The government also needs to setting up the remote areas-oriented health education initiatives.","PeriodicalId":364815,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Symposium on Health Research (ISHR 2019)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123617550","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The number of respondents in each observation unit location was 100 respondents aged ≥ 17 years. Sampling was collected by incidental sampling. The analysis shows that a) increased knowledge can improve PSN behavior in Kresek (t-value = 4.68), b) respondent's attitude has no effect on PSN behavior both in Kemayoran and Kresek, c) availability of tools can improve PSN behavior in Kemayoran ( t-value = 2.31), and d) the source of information has a negative effect on PSN behavior in Kresek (t-value = -3.32).","PeriodicalId":364815,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Symposium on Health Research (ISHR 2019)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128240205","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Death data recording in the Bumiayu region exceeds the predicted mortality rate in the region. In the pre-study there were indications of a link between the social system and the bureaucracy in the work of data collection. This study aims to analyze the social system that develops in the Bumiayu community if there is a death of a family member, explaining the integration of the social system and the bureaucratic system in the work of collecting death data, and analyzing hegemony relations that develop in the recording of death data. A qualitative approach with ethnographic strategy was used in this study. The hegemony relationship that developed started from the idea of recording death data into an ideology, an active commitment, until an equilibrium was formed between the governing and governed parties making it easy for the activities to run. Implementation of death data recording needs to understand and apply the local social system through approach of Gramsci's theory of hegemony.","PeriodicalId":364815,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Symposium on Health Research (ISHR 2019)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128309246","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
