Its principle is to implement the working conditions of the devices that exceed normal strength based on scientific theoretical derivation and the device's thermoelectric model, thereby changing the aging environment of the devices during test to analyze the degradation of device's parameters. In accelerated degradation test, one of the commonly used methods is to change the working junction temperature of the device through the constant current test. IGBT as a high-power electronic device, its working condition is usually a large current or voltage, which will cause the device to have an high junction temperature, and this situation will lead to device damage. The system uses the Cortex-A9 microprocessor that builds the Android operating system as the host, the circuit board that builds the STM32 minimum system and the additional rocker button as the trigger, the ZigBee wireless network as the internal communication, the Android terminal as the client, and the cloud server as the data transmission and storage tool. Firstly, face detection and quality selection are performed based on MTCNN algorithm to reduce the amount of feature extraction data needed for recognition. Secondly, the RKNN model is used to quantify the acceleration of feature extraction. Finally, fast face recognition is realized by feature matching. The experiment shows that the method is beneficial for face recognition processing on the RK3399Pro platform, and the average time is shortened by 80% compared with that before acceleration. The simulation results show that the wireless ad-hoc network relay node under the air-ground combination is in the relay cooperative forwarding and amplifying beamforming vector design. When the correlated interference noise is introduced, the final sink node receives the corresponding covariance matrix. However, in the case of unknown spectrum access environment and dynamic model, it is difficult to achieve global optimal resource allocation. Considering the signal-to-noise ratio (SINR) limits of the primary network (PN) and the secondary network (SN), this paper presents a dynamic spectrum access method based on the relationship between the transmission rate of a secondary user (SU) and the relative SINR, which enables the SU to obtain and update the environment information through the Q-function, adopt an optimal strategy to maximize the network performance and utilize user collaborative learning mechanism to overcome local optimum problems. Usually, these graph-like data will be inputted into some certain artificial neutral networks which are dramatically disparate with the conventional CNN. The purpose of the algorithm employed the GNN is to extract much more detailed features that can be stored easily in the graph. However, these detailed features are much more difficult to extract in the raw data accumulated in the database, which requires the experiment to transfer the common database into the whole graph ahead of schedule. The dataset used in this paper, Cora, is commonly used in some papers whose targets aimed at semantic segmentation, while disparate with this paper as well. The result of this experiment has achieved to nearly 100% accuracy accompanied with those preprocessed data. Furthermore, this paper also attaches much focus on the effects of preprocessing operation which can be reflected on the differences of accuracy.
