Reaching regional spheres, it generates harmful consequences in regarding to economic, social and psychological aspects. The objective of this study was to develop a flow to identify the triatomines received by spontaneous demand at the Reference Outpatient Clinic from the state of Pernambuco. This is a descriptive study and we sought to develop a systematized route for the forwarding of triatomines, which are collected in this outpatient unit, until the Endemics Laboratory - Labend (Central Laboratory of Public Health - LACEN/PE). As a result, a description of the proposed flow was carried out, a creation of a descriptive flowchart and a standard operating procedure. The need to create a flow is closely related to the purpose of organizing the work process to be developed. This production is the result of professional experience as a teacher who has been seeking to deepen her studies through continued training at master's level. The methodology that underlies this text is a theoretical-practical reflection, supported by the theory of intersectionality and analyzed in light of the social markers that are revealed in the concrete context of the school environment. As a result of this study, social lack of protection emerges as a result of Brazilian sociability, marked by profound inequalities and considering age group, social condition, territory of life, color, race and gender, this lack of protection intensifies. While thousands of people die every day from malnutrition, thousands of tons of perfectly edible food are discarded. It is crucial to examine this issue on a global scale because food waste might not seem like a grave matter individually. However, when the full extent of the problem is understood, the severity of the situation becomes apparent, as the impacts are not only economic but also social and environmental. Often, food is thrown away because it doesn't look appealing or due to preservation and logistics issues, while many people could benefit from this food for their sustenance, to keep themselves alive. Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated social issues such as global hunger, pushing the world to the brink of collapse. To address the issue at hand, a quantitative methodology was chosen, involving the use of data and statistics to reach the objectives.
