Material jalan yang paling dibutuhkan adalah aspal. Aspal Buton merupakan bahan galian yang sampai saat ini masih dilakukan penambangan dan pemanfaatannya untuk masyarakat lokal di Buton maupun di daerah lainnya. Salahsatu penambangan aspal serta industri pengolahan aspal alam berada di PasarWajo, Kabupaten Buton, Sulawesi Tenggara. Aspal Buton memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda-beda. Perbedaan sifat ini disebabkan perbedaan batuan asalnya dan penetrasi bitumennya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik sifat fisik mineral aspal buton pada wilayah Kabungka di lokasi tambang pit B, C, dan Winto di PT.Wijaya Karya Bitumen. Metode yang digunakan dengan pengujian kadar bitumen dengan alat sokhlet, uji kadar air dengan alat denstrak, dan uji berat jenis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di dapatkan hasil pada Pit B, didapatkan kadar air  sebesar 5 %, dan kadar  bitumen 28,63 %, pada Pit C didapatkan kadar air sebesar 14.2 %, dan kadar bitumen 16,87 %, dan pada Pit Winto didapatkan kadar air sebesar 0,8 % dan kadar bitumen 23,49 %. Hasil analisis berat jenis pada Pit B didapatkan berat jenis sebesar 1,51 g/m3. pada Pit C didapatkan berat jenis sebesar 1,71 g/m3, dan pada Pit Winto didapatkan berat jenis sebesar 1.62 g/m3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kadar air dan kadar bitumen Asbuton wilayah kabungka Pit B, C, Pit Winto, dapat diketahui bahwa karakteristik serta  kadar air dan kadar bitumen Asbuton tiap tambang berbeda-beda, dimana pada Pit B, sifat elastis (lunak) tidak muda pecah, warna coklat kehitaman-hitam, dengan berat jenis rata-rata 1,50 %. Pada Pit C sifat padat (keras) muda pecah, warna hitam, abu-abu kehitaman, dengan berat jenis rata-rata 1,71 %, dan struktur amorf (kompak). Kabupaten Halmahera Timur merupakan salah satu lokasi dengan struktur tanah tidak kompak serta banyak lereng yang tidak stabil sehingga ada beberapa titik terjadi longsor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui susunan lapisan bawah permukaan tanah, pada lokasi jalan yang longsor di Kecamatan Wasile Timur dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik schlumberger. Pendugaan geolistrik ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai lapisan tanah di abwah permukaan dan kemungkinan terdapatnya lapisan pada kedalaman tertentu. Penelitian berlokasi di jalan lintas Subaim-Buli, Kecamatan Wasile Timur, Kabupaten Halmahera Timur, Provinsi Maluku Utara dan dilakukan selama 11 bulan.Dari hasil pembahasan dan analisa perhitungan maka dapat disimpulan bahwa secara geologi daerah lintasan 1 dan 2 terdapat di formasi bacan dengan jenis batuan tersusun atas batuan Gunung Api berupa Lava, Breksi dan Tufa sisipan Konglomerat dan Batupasir. Secara litologi lintasan 1 dan 2 masing-masing memiliki 4 perlapisan dengan kedalaman mencapai 25 m. Lintasan 1 terdiri dari 4 perlapisan: lapisan pertama aluvium ,lapisan ke 2 batupasir ,lapisan ke 3 batulanau , dan lapisan terakhir shale dengan nilai resistivitas antara 2.08-563Ωm. Tujuan dari penilitian ini untuk medistribusikan pergerakan penumpang dan kendaraan untuk Kapal Ferry di Provinsi Maluku Utara dengan menggunakan metode Detroit dengan jumlah zona sebaran pergerakan yaitu terdapat 7 (tujuh) zona yaitu Bastiong, Sidangoli, Rum, Sofifi, Batang Dua, Makian, dan Moti. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Metode Kualitatif Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dalam mencari sebaran kapal ferry yaitu menggunakan Metode Geometrik dan Metode Detroit Dimana untuk metode geometrik diambil nilai r (rasio pertumbuhan) untuk dipakai sebagai faktor pertumbuhan (E) dan selanjutnya digunakan dalam perhitungan sebaran pergerakan dengan metode detroit. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh sebaran untuk 7 (tujuh) zona sebaran didapat hasil dengan mencari nilai sebaran terbesar dan terkecil untuk penumpang dan kendaran menggunakan kapal ferry yaitu, sebaran terbesar untuk penumpang zona asal yaitu Bastiong dengan jumlah pergerakan sebesar 204577 penumpang, dan sebaran terbesar untuk penumpang zona tujuan yaitu Sidangoli dengan jumlah pergerakan sebesar 190621 penumpang. Dan untuk sebaran terkecil untuk penumpang zona asal yaitu Batang Dua dengan jumlah pergerakan sebesar 297 penumpang, dan serta sebaran terkecil untuk penumpang zona tujuan yaitu Batang Dua dengan jumlah pergerakan sebesar 415 penumpang Sebaran terbesar untuk kendaraan zona asal yaitu Bastiong dengan jumlah pergerakan sebesar 74828 kendaraan, dan sebaran terbesar untuk kendaraan zona tujuan yaitu Sofifi dengan jumlah pergerakan sebesar 72057 kendaraan. Currently, HER2 breast cancer is detected using variety of medical test which are most expensive. Therefore, the aim of this study was to develop a computational model named convoHER2 for detecting HER2 breast cancer with image data using convolution neural network (CNN). Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) and immunohistochemical (IHC) stained images were used as raw data from the Bayesian information criterion (BIC) benchmark dataset. This dataset consists of 4873 images of H&E and IHC. Among all images of the dataset, 3896 and 977 images were applied to train and test the convoHER2 model, respectively. All images of this dataset are resized due to high resolution of the image for forming better detection performance of convoHER2 model. Moreover, the dataset is classified into four different labels (0+, 1+, 2+, 3+) for identifying the grade of detected HER2 breast cancer. The convoHER2 model is able to detect HER2 cancer and its grade with accuracy 85% and 88% using H&E images and IHC images, respectively. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan konsentrasi pencemaran air sumur dan mengetahui efektivitas media filter yang digunakan di Kelurahan Fitu Kota Ternate dari parameter Fisika dan Kimia. Paramater fisika antara lain yaitu bau, total dissolved solid (TDS), kekeruhan, dan suhu. Sedangkan parameter kimia yaitu kadar Fe (besi), Mn (Mangan, dan pH. Media filter yang digunakan adalah pasir silika-zeolit-karbon aktif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah air sumur warga sebanyak 180 liter. Hasil pemeriksaan air sumur sebagai air baku di Kelurahan Fitu dilihat dari parameter fisika yaitu  TDS sebesar 1250 mg/L, kekeruhan sebesar 27 NTU, dan suhunya 25 oC. Sementara parameter kimia konsentrasi Fe 1,3 mg/L, Mangan 0,6 mg/L, dan pH 9. Setelah diperiksa kemudian air dialirkan ke dalam alat penyaring melewati filter pasir silica, zeolit, dan carbon aktif. Hasilnya menunjukkan TDS mengalami penurunan menjadi 897 mg/L, kekeruhan berubah menjadi 24, dan suhu 24 oC. Kualitas air hasil penyaringan untuk kriteria kimia konsentrasi besi disisihkan sehingga hanya terdapat 0,91 mg/L, Mangan hanya 0,45 mg/L, dan pH 7,9. Pengukuran dilakukan secara kuantitatif di lapangan berupa data Psikometri, luas lubang bukaan, velocity, dan Pressure Vent duct. Kualitas dan kuantitas udara di tambang bawah tanah kencana dikaji dengan memperhitungkan nilai Thermal Work Limit, debit udara yang masuk dan keluar serta kehilangan energi (head loss) pada secondary fan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh, ada 7 front yang berada pada zona aklimatisasi yang berada pada rentang nilai 140 – 219 dan 2 front yang berada pada zona buffer yang berada pada rentang nilai 116 – 139, 2 front berada pada zona buffer dikarenakan win speed yang sampai ke face rendah. Hasil pengolahan data debit udara secara kondisi aktual dan simulasi diperoleh udara di jalur exhaust lebih besar dibandingkan dengan udara di jalur fresh air, hal ini dikarenakan adanya kebocoran pada vent door yang membatasi antara jalur fresh air dan exhaust. Firman., Syarifullah Bundang","doi":"10.33387/josae.v5i2.5685","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33387/josae.v5i2.5685","url":null,"abstract":"Research on the analysis of groundwater quality in South Ternate District, Ternate City, North Maluku Province needs to be carried out considering that the community's water sources in the area come from groundwater (dug and drilled wells), so knowledge of groundwater quality in the form of pH, TDS, EC, and temperature be important. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of groundwater; as well as recommendations related to groundwater quality in the South Ternate District area. The stages of the research method were carried out by collecting primary data in the form of well coordinates and elevation, physical properties of groundwater, groundwater quality measurement results and secondary data collection. The water quality results in the South Ternate District for the 40 samples measured ranged from pH 5.2 to 6.6; TDS 4-2150 ppm; EC 8-4240 µS/cm and temperature ranges from 26.5-29.7oC. Based on Permenkes Number 32 of 2017 concerning environmental health quality standards and water health requirements for sanitary hygiene purposes, only 3 wells had a pH in the range of 6.5-8.5, namely samples F-02, TO-01, and TO-02. The physical quality of groundwater shows that the closer to the east the pH is, the closer to neutral, while the west is lower. One of the energy harvesting methods is to use rectenna. Rectenna is an antenna that can capture electromagnetic waves that propagate freely in the air which is integrated with a rectifier that is able to convert electromagnetic waves into electrical energy. In this study, a series of power storage has been made with the aim of storing electrical energy generated by the rectifier. Two types of antennas with different frequencies are used as test equipment, namely a WiFi antenna that works at a frequency of 2.4 GHz and a TV antenna that works at a frequency of 470-806 MHz. From the results of the tests carried out, a voltage of 5.96 V was generated in the power storage circuit with a charging process duration of 54 minutes 27 seconds using a Wi-Fi antenna integrated with a rectifier and step up dc to dc converter. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dengan penumpang dan pengunjung (konsumen) serta penyedia jasa (produsen) bandara serta observasi langsung (melakukan pengisian kuesioner), sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan, artikel dan standar operasional pelayanan. Data di uji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis mean. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan umum pada Bandara Sultan Babullah Ternate sudah cukup maksimal, hanya ada beberapa fasilitas pelayanan yang bermasalah, dimana penilaian negatif lebih dominan dari penilaian positifnya. Penilaian positif dari sisi pengguna jasa (konsumen) berupa “Kemudahan mencapai bandara” (mean 4,20), “Kesigapan petugas dalam melayani di pintu masuk pemeriksaan barang” (mean 3,78), “Kenyamanan diruag tunggu” (mean 3,70), “Keamanan bandara” (mean 3,64), “Ketersediaan sarana informasi keberangkatan dan kedatangan” (mean 3,64). Selanjutnya penilaian positif dari sisi Penyedia Jasa (Produsen) berupa “Keramahan petugas bandara” (mean 4,56), “Kebersihan, kerapian rungan”(mean 4,62), “Kelengkapan tanda petunjuk informasi” (mean 4,52), “Kesigapan petugas dalam melayani di pintu masuk pemeriksaan barang” (mean 3,78), “Ketersediaan sarana informasi keberangkatan dan kedatangan” (mean 3,64). Sedangkan hasil penilaian negatif dari kedua sisi sama yaitu “Kenyamanan dan keteraturan sarana parkir” dan “Ketersediaan tempat duduk di ruang penjemputan. Untuk penilaian negatif (tidak falid) tidak ada nilai mean nya karena data yang tidak falid tidak di ikut sertakan dalam perhitungan Reliabel dan Analisis Mean. The location of the sirtu mining excavation which tends to be steep and close to residential areas is urgent to know the type of lithology so as to facilitate recommendations for handling to be carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the lithological composition of the material from tracks 1, 2, and 3 along the steep excavation slope using the geoelectric resistivity Sclumberger configuration method. In addition, knowing the potential for landslides that will occur if there is no handling of steep slopes. This research is a quantitative type of field research. The research location is in the formation of lahar deposits (Gtla) and pyroclastic debris (pr) deposits. Trajectory 1 dominant lithology is 17.52 m of sand, andesite rock as an interlude and on the bedrock it is characterized by large resistivity (3241 m) while the top layer is clay type overburden. The 2 lithological paths consist of overburden, sand (7.82 m), silt (10.5 m), and andesite bedrock (resistivity 2811 m). The lithology of track 3 consists of overburden, andesite, sand (16.9 m), and andesite bedrock (4575 m). Lithology that tends to landslide in the field is overburden filled with sedimentary material in the form of clay, silt, and sandy silt (resistivity 1.5-114 m). Sand lithology with a resistivity of 479-855 m is very susceptible to landslides.
