This paper introduces a method for ensuring virtual machine performance through component migration. The method consists of three phases: migration assembly triggering, target migration component selection, and target virtual machine selection. These phases address challenges related to VM migration and service migration at a large granularity. The approach applies resource dynamic adjustment by analyzing the load characteristics and resource correlation of each component, enabling more precise resource allocation at the component level. This enhances the applicability of resource adjustment and reduces resource costs for cloud service providers while meeting service level agreements (SLAs). The method also considers the reconfigurability and scalability of cloud computing, effectively meeting SLA constraints, and optimizing cloud application performance by adjusting resources at the component level. In this paper, a planar gate VDMOS simulation model is established based on numerical simulation software, and its reverse breakdown characteristics, output characteristics, and transfer characteristics are simulated and analyzed. The research results show that the thickness and doping concentration of the drift region, the width of the JFET region, and the junction depth and doping concentration of the P-body region all have certain effects on the breakdown voltage and specific on-resistance of the device. If the breakdown voltage of the device is higher, the low-doped N-type drift region is required to be thicker. But at the same time the current path is longer, and the specific on-resistance will increase accordingly, increasing the on-voltage drop and on-state loss of the device. As such, it is crucial to employ network intrusion detection techniques to monitor these networks. This paper presents an intrusion detection model, SEW-MBiGD, which integrates data processing and fusion neural networks to address data imbalance and insufficient feature learning in existing models. Firstly, to balance the dataset and mitigate the influence of edge data, the model employs Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) and Edited Nearest Neighbors (ENN) algorithms for data preprocessing, while also utilizing Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Networks (WGAN) to generate minority class data. The proposed intrusion detection model is based on Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit (BiGRU) and multi-head self-attention (MHSA) mechanisms, which effectively manage long sequence data and capture correlations between data and global features. It can offer significant support for military intelligence reconnaissance and civil monitoring. Compared with the traditional moving target detection and tracking methods, the deep learning-based moving target detection and tracking methods can more fully extract the moving targets' shadow features in video SAR frame images to improve detection and tracking accuracy. This paper proposes a multi-target instance segmentation and tracking framework based on the YOLOv8 model and the BoT-SORT algorithm for video SAR. Firstly, the detection effects of YOLOv8-seg models with different sizes are analyzed, and the most suitable detection model for video SAR moving targets is selected. Secondly, the BoT-SORT algorithm is used to track the targets detected by the detector to complete the whole detection and tracking process. Based on the experimental results, it has been determined that the proposed framework is highly effective in detection and tracking accuracy. Through low-power power equipment state image acquisition and analysis devices, various forms of detection are provided for applications, achieving state detection of multiple types of power equipment. Based on the topological structure of the device and the correlation between the alarms, the node-edge model is established. The CH index (Calinski-Harabasz) method is used to find the appropriate number of clusters to cluster the alarm information. The information entropy method is used to optimize and redundancy. Finally, the average output alarm of each system accounts for 36.63% of the original alarm. In this paper, considering the unknown signal specifications of Globalstar signals, we first examine the common characteristics of LEO constellation signals affected by high-speed motion. We then analyze the complicated modulation scheme of Globalstar pilot signals. By adequately processing the sampled signals of opportunity from Globalstar, we successfully extract the Doppler frequency.
