One of the notary's functions is to provide fee waivers (honorarium) when the public who needs notary services can show evidence of poverty from authorized officials. This research aims to provide insight into the professional practices of notaries involved in corruption cases that harm the state. When a notary commits an irregularity in a deed that results in a criminal case, they must be criminally responsible for whatever they have committed. This research uses the normative juridical method, i.e. law in book research or literature study with statute, conceptual, historical, and system approach. A notary must be held accountable for a deed if it contains a criminal act. The responsibility is in the form of strict sanctions following the law's implementation with the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code. Notarial deeds that cause criminal cases have evidentiary power as deeds under the hand or become null and void as stipulated in Article 41 of the Notary Public Office Law.","PeriodicalId":362210,"journal":{"name":"Journal Of Social Sciences And Humanites)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124213435","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This role is shown through data from Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in 2019 which shows that MSMEs are able to absorb a workforce of 96.92% of the total number of MSMEs that reach 64 million with the contribution to National GDP reached 60.51%. Unfortunately, MSMEs still have several problems with different percentages including capital, 51.09%, marketing, 34.72%, raw materials, 8.59%, employment, 1.09%, transportation distribution, 0.22%, and others 3.93%. Referring to some of the problems mentioned above, the government established the 2022 Integrated Management of MSMEs as stated in the 2022 Government Work Plan. This research aims to explore the synergy of collaborative governance in increasing the contribution of MSMEs to national economic recovery. This management is a form of integrated management in one central area which aims to increase added value and product competitiveness. The results of this research indicate that of the four variables in collaborative governance it is necessary to strengthen the institutional design variables.","PeriodicalId":362210,"journal":{"name":"Journal Of Social Sciences And Humanites)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117161017","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
