The scientific and housekeeping data of the payloads is important for research and applications. The payload data handling system is interfacing the payloads to the onboard data handling system. Onboard systems can be standardized thus enabling a suitable and convenient platform for production and the third party, which will save the cost, time and personnel. Satellite subsystems are introduced first in this paper. Based on the requirements of the payload data handling, design of a universal payload data handling system is proposed. The functional modules, the electrical interfaces and protocols are described in detail. Finally, an implementation of the payload data handling is shown here. Standard bus interfaces and protocols like MIL-STD-1553B bus, RS485 bus, UART, RS422 and PCM (Pulse Coding Modulation), are adopted. In order to realize accurate information acquisition of the large-scale underwater sensor networks in an energy-efficient way, a compressed sensing (CS) multi-user detection (MUD) scheme is proposed and evaluated in this paper. The proposed scheme consists of three main components: (1) Data sampling with random selected nodes, (2) Quasi-orthogonal multiple access with MUD, such as CDMA and its particular case IDMA, (3) Information recovery. Exploiting the sparse property of the monitored objects, only a subset of sensors is required to measure and transmit to the monitoring center for accurate information reconstruction, reducing the energy consumption and prolonging the network lifetime significantly. Furthermore, by taking advantage of compressed sensing theory, this scheme has sufficient capability to resist packet error during multi-user detection. So strap-down inertial navigation system/stellar refraction celestial navigation system integrated navigation method (SINS/SRCNS) based on starlight refraction method is proposed. The model errors which are uncertain exist in measurement equation are estimated by Minimum Mode error Estimation (MME) and backward inference algorithm. Then the Kalman Filter is used to estimate system's states, this entire process formed the MME/KF algorithm. Study the human body in different conditions of her left foot force and pressure balance situation for detection of gait. The data separation theory of the combination intercomparsion is analyzed and this method is applied to two inductosyns. Through intercomparsive measurement of two inductosyns, the inductosyn error datas are isolated by using the combination intercomparsion. The error data model of the inductosyn angle measuring system is established for error compensation. Through two inductosyns actual experiment, it proves the correctness of the error separation algorithm and error compensation model. In this paper, the coverage performance model of BDS/GPS is established by taking the radiation angle of transmitting antenna, the elevation of receiver and the received signal strength into account. The simulation results reveal that BDS/GPS integrated navigation system is superior to BDS or GPS single system in all respects of coverage performance, especially in high earth orbit area. Consequently, adopting the BDS/GPS integrated navigation system in high earth orbit spacecraft's autonomous navigation that will be able to expand the field of space applications based on GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) significantly. By analyzing the transferring mode of power transmission signals and describing the influence of drill stem on fluctuation through characteristic impedance and transmittance, the expression of frequency domain hydraulic head and frequency domain flow is given. Through model-simulation, pressure distribution of different signals along drill stem are calculated, which shows, in the process of transferring signals, the pressure wave of drill stem is in the form of standing waves. The influences of different signal terminal impedances and characteristic impedances on signal transfer are analyzed, simulation analysis of the signal of different frequency inside the drill stem is made, and the attenuations of different frequency inside the drill stem are obtained.
