{"title":"نقش باورهای سلامتی و ادراک بیماری در پیشبینی رفتارهای ارتقادهندۀ سلامتی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان","authors":"سجاد بشرپور, بهنام نصری نصرابادی, فاضله حیدری, پرویز مولوی","doi":"10.30699/ACADPUB.IJHEHP.6.2.102","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30699/ACADPUB.IJHEHP.6.2.102","url":null,"abstract":"مقدمه: نشانه­های فیزیولوژیک استرس می­تواند با تضعیف سیستم ایمنی بدن عامل مزاحمی در درمان بیماران سرطانی باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی ‌مواجهه‌ درمانی ‌روایتی بر بهبود شاخص‌های فیزیولوژیک استرس در زنان مبتلا به سرطان بود. روش: این مطالعه شبه­آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری را کلیه بیماران زن سرطانی تشکیل دادند که در تابستان 1395 در بخش‌ خون و انکولوژی بیمارستان شهید مطهری فولاد شهر (اصفهان) تحت درمان بودند. 30 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15نفر) و کنترل (15نفر) جایگزین شدند. برای جمع­آوری داده­ها در دو مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون از دستگاه بیوفیدبک استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش به مدت 6 جلسه به صورت گروهی مواجهه‌درمانی‌ روایتی (NET) را دریافت کردند. داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره (مانکوا) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ­ها: تفاوت معنی­داری بین میانگین نمرات پس آزمون دو گروه درمتغیرهای میزان تعریق پوست (002/0 >P )، درجه حرارت پوست (01/0 >P)  ضربان قلب (001/0 >P) وجود دارد. نتیجه­ گیری: این نتایج نشان می­دهد که روش مواجهه‌درمانی‌ روایتی می­تواند درمان مفیدی برای کاهش علایم فیزیولوژیک استرس در بیماران سرطانی باشد.","PeriodicalId":36058,"journal":{"name":"Health Education and Health Promotion","volume":"19 1","pages":"102-113"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74692264","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aimed to provide a valid and reliable tool for investigating the attitude towards interprofessional education in health care. Methods: This study was conducted to evaluate the attitude towards IPE of 90 faculty members of Iran and Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2015. Initial instrumentcompromised 15 items, Likert typewas adopted from previous studies. Impact item score, content validity and content validity index were assessed by 10 participants and 10 experts respectively; construct validity was evaluated by using exploratory factor analysis.
