It is due to the need to have knowledge and information from the right sources, which is prioritized. Technological developments have an impact on the existence of a relationship in communication between humans that allows each other to take place without being limited by distance, space, and time. Various communication functions have been incorporated into communication tools, namely Smartphones. Smartphones are Smartphones that have been developed with advanced technology in today's modern era. Its ability to innovate starting from features, usability and resolution is integrated into its operating system. The presence of this Smartphone provides many benefits and conveniences for consumers, especially students. The use of Smartphones also depends on the consumers who use them. Students find it helpful to have a Smartphone in finding information and increase knowledge, as well as supporting activities in lectures. The qualitative method is the method used in this study which requires interviews from respondents using a quota sampling technique as many as 35 people who are students of the History of Islamic Civilization Study Program at the Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia. The variable is taken from the activities of students who often use their Smartphones in lecture activities, especially in class. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari sistem pengelolaan arsip di kantor Kelurahan Keboledan Kecamatan Wanasari Kabupaten Brebes. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuali (suryana, 2010)tatif, dimana sebuah penelitian yang bersifatnya deskripsi, dengan melakukan analisis dan memperjelas proses maknanya. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi key-informan adalah kepala lurah keboledan, informan adalah staf kelurahan yang mengelola surat menyurat dan melakukan penyimpanan arsip. Fokus penelitian yaitu sistem pengelolaan arsip serta Hambatan yang dialami saat melakukan kegiatan pengelolaan arsip.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem pengelolaan arsip di kantor Kelurahan Keboledan Kecamatan Wanasari Kabupaten Brebes dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap antara lain: penciptaan arsip, pemanfaatan arsip, penyimpanan arsip, pemindahan arsip, dan pemusnahan arsip. Hal \u0000ini menyebabkan banyak investor ingin berinvestasi pada perusahaan- \u0000perusahaan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islami. Salah satu bentuk \u0000standar pelaporan kinerja sosial berbasis syariah adalah dengan Islamic \u0000Social Reporting (ISR). Pengungkapan ISR terdiri dari enam indikator yaitu \u0000keuangan dan investasi, produk dan jasa, tenaga kerja, sosial, lingkungan, \u0000tata kelola dan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis \u0000faktor-faktor non-financial di antaranya ukuran Dewan Komisaris, frekuensi \u0000rapat Dewan Komisaris, Komisaris Independen, penghargaan, dan media \u0000exposure yang mempengaruhi pengungkapan ISR. Populasi dalam \u0000penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) \u0000Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak \u000013 perusahaan yang telah diseleksi menggunakan metode purposive \u0000sampling. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi \u0000linier berganda. Penanganan Covid-19 dan pemulihan ekonomi menjadi program prioritas pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung. Penilaian dilakukan menggunakan analisis rasio kemandirian, rasio efektivitas, rasio efisiensi, rasio keserasian, dan rasio pertumbuhan. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian berbentuk deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2019-2020 yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemandirian Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebelum dan selama pandemi covid-19 sudah sangat mandiri dengan pola delegatif. Namun pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah belum efektif tetapi sudah efisien. Penggunaan dana sudah cukup berimbang dengan mengutamakan belanja daerah. Virus Corona tersebut sudah sering memakan korban, disamping itu juga berpengaruh kepada dampak kesehatan psikologi para korban pandemic tersebut ataupun tim medis terlebih perawat yang mempunyai tugas besar dalam tugasnya seperti stress, ansietas, dan perasaan tertekan/depresi. Selama Pandemi Virus Corona tersebut, peneliti ingin melihat dan mengalisis fenomena pandemi yang cukup mencekam serta mengakibatkan pada stres kerja dan beban kerja yang cukup mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Makalah jurnal yang diterbitkan antara 2019 dan 2022 dianalisis melalui proses yang dikenal sebagai Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Di sini, kami memiliki total tiga Pertanyaan Penelitian (RQ). Temuan akhir meliputi variabel yang telah diteliti secara ekstensif yaitu tingkat stres dan beban kerja yang dialami perawat pasca Pandemi Virus Corona. Sebanyak 100 orang diminta untuk mengisi kuisioner, adapun faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dalam selama masa Pandemi Covid-19 ialah stres kerja dan beban kerja. If the company wants high-quality and professional human resources, it must continually develop each employee's skills and reward them accordingly. This article's goal is to examine the link between employee performance and work motivation and satisfaction. This study's methodology is based on a review of existing literature. Reading announcements, summaries, letters, and other written materials is an auxiliary method for collecting data. The findings of this study show that employee performance is positively impacted by work motivation. Employee productivity is positively correlated with job satisfaction.
