Motivated by the notion of cubic linear spaces cubic picture fuzzy linear spaces are defined. Subsequent sections are devoted in examining P(resp. R)−union and P(resp. Also, the concept of internal cubic picture fuzzy linear space and external cubic picture fuzzy linear spaces are discussed with few properties and examples.","PeriodicalId":359324,"journal":{"name":"INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL CONFERENCE ON RECENT MATERIALS AND ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS FOR SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT (ICRMESE2020)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132094087","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Microorganism has potential of degrading cellulose, only a few of these microorganisms produce significant quantities of enzymes capable of completely hydrolysing cellulose. Fungi are known as the main cellulase producing microorganism. The present study was confined to a mangrove ecosystem located in Bagan Lalang, Selangor, Malaysia. Soil samples were collected, serially diluted and plated to identify the fungal colonies. A total of 15 fungal species were isolated and enumerated by plating techniques. The fungi were identified and characterized based upon their microscopic examination and cultural characteristics on media. Among the 15 isolates, only 6 fungal isolates named as MBS 3, MBS 4, MBS 5, MGS 3, MGS 5 and MSS 3 were found producing cellulase activity by determining the hydrolysis zone around the fungal colonies in the screening process. Based on the cellulolytic enzyme assay, Trichoderma MGS 3 recorded the highest cellulase activity of 2.3267 IU/mL among all the six fungal isolates. Whereas Penicilium MBS 5.recorded the second highest cellulase production which is 2.3167 IU/mL followed by Penicilium.MBS3 produced cellulase activity of 2.31 IU/mL. On the other hand, Penicilium. MBS4, Trichoderma MGS5 and Aspergillus MSS 3 has given the equal activity of cellulase enzyme, 1.9833 IU/mL.","PeriodicalId":359324,"journal":{"name":"INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL CONFERENCE ON RECENT MATERIALS AND ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS FOR SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT (ICRMESE2020)","volume":"127 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132067296","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Industrial requirements such as improved hardness and tensile strength have led to development nominal cost composite with lower weight. Stir casting method is used for casting of composite with varying reinforcement levels. The tensile strength and hardness of the developed composite has improved for maximum level of reinforcement and SEM analysis proves uniform distribution of reinforcement elements over the composite. The hardness and tensile strength has improved by 47.37 % and 21.21 % respectively with reinforcement of copper and SiC particles to the Al 7075 alloy.","PeriodicalId":359324,"journal":{"name":"INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL CONFERENCE ON RECENT MATERIALS AND ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS FOR SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT (ICRMESE2020)","volume":"239 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133234269","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, explore whether employee resilience mediates the relationship between organization politics and incivility at the work place.Design/Methodology- A descriptive research design using a cross-sectional data approach was selected for this study. Researcher has collected data from employee of IT and ITes organization using Non-probability sampling (Snowball sampling). A well-structured questionnaire was developed for assessing the organization politics, employee resilience, and work place incivility. The sample of the study was comprised of 341employees working in different IT and ITes organizations. Univariate and bi- variate data analysis techniques were used to analyze the data for drawing inference.Findings- The finding confirms the significant effect of organization politics on workplace incivility. Employees who perceived organizational politics also tended to engage in workplace incivility Test statistics confirms the mediating role of employee resilience in the relationship between Organizational politics and employee work place incivility.Practical Implications- The present research outcome might help human resource management in designing appropriate strategies for improving employee resilience. The present research recommends that the actions taken by management like building trust and ability among employee to meet the challenges, promoting employee to give solution to the problem, giving more opportunity for learning and growth, promoting meditation and yoga to keep emotion calm and in control etc The management should develop strategic means to attract resilient employee and enhance creativity so that he can effectively bridge the positive relationship between organizational politics and work place incivility in the organization.","PeriodicalId":359324,"journal":{"name":"INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL CONFERENCE ON RECENT MATERIALS AND ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS FOR SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT (ICRMESE2020)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126010286","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
