In this paper, we propose a URL-based computing power identification method and build a computing power resource management platform that integrates trustworthy authentication of computing power resources, resource abstraction, computing power identifier generation, and other functions. The information of computing power resources is extracted to generate a unified computing power model, based on which the URL language is used to constitute the computing power URL identifiers. The improved Snowflake algorithm is used to assign a unique identification number to a computing power resource to globally uniquely index a certain computing power resource. To be able to withstand ongoing changes in linear sweep jamming and random periodic jamming, this model builds on the existing reinforcement learning frequency hopping anti-jamming method and adds the idea of migration learning to it. The core point behind this algorithm model is that the anti-jamming party will restart the learning and training system and continue to optimize the training on the current basis when it notices that the communication quality has decreased as a result of jamming in order to maintain the communication quality at a high level for an extended period of time. The jamming party may also change frequently in the actual situation, thus the anti-jamming party must be able to adjust to these changes. The bibliographic search with keywords was carried out in the EBSCO, Redalyc, and Scielo databases to guarantee the academic quality of the articles. Filters were applied to meet the eligibility criteria for selecting Spanish-language articles published during 20102020 and related to the research topic. A thorough two-stage review process of the articles was carried out before their final selection, which was systematized in an Excel table. The techniques of concept maps and summary sheets were applied to synthesize the information of the studies selected in an organized way. The articles chosen allowed systematizing the trends into four categories, which address the characteristics of the influencer, their relationship with consumer behavior, the effects of influencer marketing, and the factors that weaken the effectiveness of the influencer. Satellite mobile communication systems can offer a wide range of mobile communication services to customers throughout the world. The building of a satellite mobile communication system with worldwide coverage is the unavoidable trend of China's future satellite communication system construction given the development plan of China's national interests' globalization and the necessity for information security. There are currently 20 million prospective users of satellite mobile communication, which has seen a sharp increase in demand in recent years. However, the global demand for the entire region cannot be satisfied by the satellite mobile communication system's coverage. The global demand for phone, data, and other low bit rate services cannot be satisfied by the satellite mobile communication system's coverage, which can only offer voice and data services. As a result, efforts must be made to investigate novel technologies and approaches that can be used to address the fundamental technological issues with satellite mobile communication systems. Multilingual assistants can automatically translate messages spoken in a detected language into a language understood by the NLU model, prior to translating the extracted information back to the response team. The success of humanitarian assistance during disasters depends largely on the performance and dependability of the assistants, especially in a resource-limited situation. Recent works have successfully pushed natural language computation to special-purpose AI edge nodes, the computing devices located at the edge of a network, to achieving availability and resilience to network loss. However, limited works have offloaded the natural language workload to process on mobile devices and quantify the resource requirement.Thus, this work proposed a use case of mobile devices connected as an NLU edge computing node for understanding disaster response messages. Its resource requirement has been measured based on a transformer-based Thai-English translation model. The results show that the model achieve an acceptable performance in language translation and classification of needed humanitarian supplies. The sensors are usually battery-powered nodes which limit the network lifespan. Due to energy constraints, the deployment of WSNs required sophisticated techniques to prolong the network operation. A clustering based routing algorithm named Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) is proposed as an energy effective solution. However, in LEACH, the power of nodes in the network is quickly depleted and decreases the life of the network due to the clusters headers that are randomly selected without taking into account the remaining power and the position of the nodes. The enhanced LEACH algorithm, named LEACH-Kmeans, is proposed where the improvement is done in cluster head selection process. LEACH-Kmeans makes use of K-means clustering calculation for choosing optimal cluster heads. A comparison among LEACH, and LEACH-Kmeans clustering has been done. The interaction between chiral spheres and electromagnetic waves is one of the important research directions. In this paper, the scattering of chiral spheres is studied based on the theory of electromagnetism. Based on the generalized Lorentz-Mie theory, a theoretical method is proposed to study the scattering of chiral particles illuminated by double Gaussian beams. By using the coordinate rotation theorem of sphere vector wave function, the beam is propagated in any direction and expanded by sphere vector wave function in the sphere coordinate system. The mode-matching method for the waveguide-antenna cascaded systems is discussed, and a main drawback of the mode-matching method is exposed: the mode-matching method has only ability to study the interaction and inter-excitation processes between the E-DMs of waveguide and the E-DMs of antenna, but has no ability to analyze the inherent E-DMs of the whole waveguide-antenna cascaded system. The method has been implemented to ASIC and the corresponding pre-layout simulation results have been analyzed with MATLAB. In this brief, both 20MHz and 100MHz bandwidth simulation results are proposed.
