There is a need to examine mediums through which the manufacturing sector can improve its employment generation capacity. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the interactive role of infrastructure in the relationship between manufacturing sector performance and employment. To examine the impact of manufacturing sector performance on employment, the study uses autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) and finds that manufacturing sector performance positively impacts employment in the short run but not significantly in the long run. Furthermore, employing the interaction effect model to examine the interactive role of infrastructure in the relationship between manufacturing sector performance and employment, the study finds that the interaction between access to electricity and manufacturing sector performance and the interaction between medium-high technology and manufacturing sector performance significantly impacts employment. The study recommends that the Nigerian government and other relevant policy agencies pay more attention to the manufacturing sector to improve the sector’s capacity to generate more employment opportunities through the availability and accessibility of infrastructure. Anomalous diffusion refers to non-classical diffusion processes in which traditional models fail to accurately capture the dynamics. The Caputo equation, which involves a fractional derivative of order in the Caputo sense, provides a powerful tool for describing these types of phenomena. The model we consider in this research presents particle diffusion , which represents the concentration or density of particles at position and time . The Laplacian operator captures the spatial diffusion process, and the diffusion coefficient governs the diffusion rate. An important aspect of this study is the integration of the Mittag-Leffler function, which arises in the solution of the Caputo equation. By solving the Caputo equation with the appropriate initial and boundary conditions, the concentration profile is obtained. The Mittag-Leffler function plays a key role in this solution because it accurately captures the memory-dependent behavior and the nonlocal nature of anomalous diffusion. A distinctive feature of this model is the presence of the fractional derivative of order in the Caputo sense, which captures the memory-dependent behavior and non-local nature of the diffusion process, allowing the representation of anomalous diffusion phenomena. In this paper, an important contribution is evidenced in the use of the Mittag-Leffler function to explore the behavior of anomalous diffusion processes and obtain information about the complex dynamics of particle propagation in various physical systems. This comparative study examined how male and female members in these online forums used language similarly and differently. The research examined information obtained from a selection of posts made in online discussion groups, including direct quotations and abridged versions of the members’ posts. According to the results, male participants were more likely to use assertive language, prioritize standard Arabic, and use logical and reasoned expressions. In contrast, female participants had a greater propensity to use polite and hesitant language, prefer regional dialects, and employ empathic and supporting expressions. These results add to our knowledge of the intersection of gender and language usage in the context of online communication and shed light on the role that gender plays in determining online communication patterns in Saudi Arabia. Additional studies in this area may assist in shaping communication strategies and policies that encourage gender-aware and inclusive online discourse in Saudi Arabia, which is an area that requires further investigation. The research focused on the opinions of stakeholders regarding the value of a partnership between academic institutions and community organizations in realizing the 2030 vision. The research included participation from 188 stakeholders from three partnership frameworks involving three institutions and three civil organizations. The study’s methodology is quantitative, and the population was surveyed using a questionnaire to gather pertinent data. According to the findings, there are four key factors that must be present for a successful partnership between Saudi Arabian universities and civil society organizations. These factors are: mutual understanding of the purpose of the partnership, inclusivity in decision-making, clarity in the roles of each party in the partnership, and effective communication between the two parties. The results show that collaboration between universities and civil society organizations has been a successful tool for sustainable development, particularly in realizing the 2030 goal. While more than 89% of the study population agreed that a lack of understanding and appreciation of the benefits and potential of collaboration hinders the development and long-term sustainability of university–civil society relationships, more than 61% of participants disagreed that funding is a major problem or challenge in the partnership system. Thus, it is argued that the collaboration between Saudi universities and civic organizations is successful in realizing the country’s 2030 Vision for sustainable development. This study aimed to assess the proportion of social media-appropriate usage behavior among Thai government pensioners and related factors. A descriptive study was conducted among 235 pensioners using simple random sampling. Data collection was performed using a self-administered questionnaire comprising four parts: sociodemographic, health status, social media behaviors, and social media-appropriate usage behavior. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, median, IQR, crude odds ratio, and 95% confidence interval. The response rate was 92.34%. Most pensioners were female; the median age was 73 years old (IQR=10). They were mostly government retirees, married, had completed a bachelor’s degree or higher, unemployed, received an income per month of 15,000 baht or higher, and lived with their family. Most pensioners perceived their health status as good or excellent. The proportion of social media-appropriate usage behavior among pensioner users was 40.80% (95%), CI 32.20, 49.27). The highest proportion was for items such as that you should not buy medicine via social media recommended by a friend. The pensioners feel OK whether your message in social media has or has no response, and when the pensioners receive the information via an application, they read it before sharing. This study also found that the factors related to social media-appropriate usage behavior were career after retirement, income, depressive syndrome, and perceived health status. Promoting social media-appropriate usage behaviors among pensioners is recommended. All related factors found were suggested for intervention or further study. This study evaluated the clinical outcomes of implant restoration in the esthetic zone using the socket-shield technique at the Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital from 2022 to 2023. A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 31 maxillary anterior teeth with esthetic roots in 22 patients aged 18 and above. The main reasons for implant surgery were dental trauma (51.6%) and toothache (48.4%). There were no reported surgical or postoperative complications. Implant survival and retention rates reached 100% success in 2, 3, and 6 months after the surgery. The soft tissue condition assessed using the pink esthetic score (PES) index was excellent (12-14 points). Aesthetic evaluation using the Implant Crown Aesthetic Index (ICAI) showed 70.9% \"Beautiful\" and 29.1% \"Satisfactory\" ratings. Functionally, all restorations exhibited excellent chewing ability, occlusion, contact, and opposing dentition. However, minor deficiencies were 3.2% slight discoloration, 9.7% less harmonious contour, and 3.2% moderate fit of crowns to gingiva. A more extended follow-up is required to comprehensively evaluate socket-shield implant placement outcomes in the maxillary anterior region. The novelty of this study is that it proposes an LFC system that uses a PID controller with a coefficient filter or derivative filter based on a harmony search algorithm and a genetic algorithm. The system was developed as a nonlinear optimization problem, and the optimization function to be minimized was integral time absolute error (ITAE), seeking the parameters of the PID controllers K i , K p , K d , and the filter coefficient. The harmony search algorithm with a filter proposed the best performance compared with other methods. Three-area nonreheat systems were used with several loading and generation conditions. The scenarios for different conditions were applied in each area separately and simultaneously to test system readability with a sudden change in generations and loads. Predicting soil liquefaction potential is an important step to reduce seismic risk. Several methods have been developed for the estimation of resistance to liquefaction. The most widely used method is based on the results of in situ tests developed on the basis of other in situ and laboratory tests. In January 1996, a workshop on liquefaction issues was organized by the National Center for Earthquake Engineering Research (NCEER); the recommendations of this workshop are followed currently. This article presents a comparative study of the methods for evaluating the liquefaction potential based on the experimental results of the in situ SPT and CPT tests, applied to an earthquake-prone area in northern Morocco. The analysis of existing CPT and SPT data leads to interesting conclusions both in terms of the comparative analysis of methods and the understanding of the behavior of soils under seismic stresses. Our research goals are to determine the viability of the methods used to determine liquefaction potentials and provide an honest comparison of all those methods to determine the most optimal one, along with the safety factor calculations that were conducted to determine whether soil under study is potentially liquefiable or not. Thus, we will be able to choose the treatment formula we will use to enhance the soil characteristics and optimize its dimensions for our use case. The researchers built a 30-item questionnaire with four techniques to address the objectives. The study sample included 48 male and female instructors, representing 85.7% of the study population. The study’s findings revealed that the proportion of instructors with learning disabilities who used realistic (alternative) assessment techniques to measure the learning disabilities students’ learning in Najran was modest on the overall score and across all strategies. In addition, the communication assessment strategy, self-review approach, performance-based assessment strategy, and student file strategy were the most often employed realistic assessment techniques. Furthermore, the researchers did not find statistically significant differences at 0.05 for the degree of employing learning disabilities instructors for realistic (alternative) methodologies to assess students with learning disabilities based on gender. The study recommended the need to rehabilitate and train teachers with disabilities in using and employing realistic assessment strategies.
