Case XYZ is an IT solutions company, currently has a problem in the completion of a software product. The purpose of this research is to establish the priority improvements to the software engineering process in Case XYZ. To overcome these problems, use a framework-QFD CMMI continuous representation consisting of four phases Requirement Elicitation/Integration, CMMI PAs Prioritization, Practices Prioritization and Prioritization Action Plan. From CMMI PAs Prioritization phases, there are five process areas with the highest priority that project monitoring and control, requirements management, project planning, requirements development, and process and product quality assurance. Then evaluated using the SCAMPI C against five selected process areas. Based on the evaluation that has been done, the five selected process areas are still at the level 0. Furthermore, capability of the evaluation results is then arranged on prioritizing improvements along with software engineering process.","PeriodicalId":357540,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Science and Technology - ICIST 2019","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130247552","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper investigated the innovation performance of enterprises in IT services cluster using social network analysis techniques. Based on an empirical analysis of 102 research institutes and 710 enterprises providing IT services in Shanghai, China, we verify that cooperation with research institutes could boost the network position of an enterprise in its ego-network, featuring strong ties, a network broker position and a wider network scope. Regression results demonstrate that all these advantages have significant positive influence on the innovation performance of enterprises, which is partly in contrast with Granovetter's hypothesis concerning the \"strength of weak ties\". We also show that the background of an enterprise except firm age, has positive impacts on its innovation performance and some characteristics of its network structure. Both the firm size and its entrance duration have positive impacts on its cooperation with research institutes.","PeriodicalId":357540,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Science and Technology - ICIST 2019","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130880600","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper considers the integration of product and information flow in enterprise Global Value Chain (GVC) and aims to test whether integration is meaningful for ETI by comparing the impact of GVC on ETI through three different paths using the Probit and Poisson models. Additionally, situations in different regions and industries are further analyzed. The results show that integration is meaningful overall but not for all regions or industries; enterprises should start from product and management innovation to improve ETI based on integration; GVC-embedded-enterprise in the eastern region and high-tech industry should focus more on their relationship with consumers, improve product innovation, further enhance enterprise innovation participation breadth.","PeriodicalId":357540,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Science and Technology - ICIST 2019","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121291161","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Selective Catalytic Reduction process (SCR) is commonly used for denitration. For achieving an effective the SCR outlet NOx concentration control, an accurate outlet NOx concentration model is necessary. A model using historical data is proposed, and long-short term memory(LSTM) algorithm is applied, which could describe relevance in time series. The accuracy performances for proposed data-driven model are verified, and root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute error (MAPE) for training set are, 0.706 mg/m3 and 1.99%, respectively, which for test set are 1.44 mg/m3 and 2.90%, respectively, The verification reveals that the accuracy for data-driven model is acceptable for control system design.","PeriodicalId":357540,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Science and Technology - ICIST 2019","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122643207","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The RF power is transmitted from RF generator to the plasma chamber through a RF matching box. The matching box is used to match the impedance between the transmitter and receiver by tuning a series adjustable capacitor and a parallel one. Unfortunately, only an unsatisfied result is given since the matching is not an easy work for the traditional matching box with an analog controller. In this paper, an auto-tracking and rapidly matching controller will be developed by analyzing the behaviors of reflectance while the capacitances of the matching components vary. Since the reflectance is a complex nonlinear function in terms of the matching capacitances. These is not a linear controller can be design to tune the matching capacitances. Some simulation examples are presented to analyze the variation of magnitude and phase of the reflectance while the matching capacitances are changing. A control strategy is proposed to tune two matching capacitances in the matching box while the impedance of plasma load is varying.","PeriodicalId":357540,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Science and Technology - ICIST 2019","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123350242","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
