Its main steps, such as filtering the data, determining the calibration parameters of the survey system, strip adjustment of trajectories and point clouds are described and analyzed. The high density of a point cloud, which is the basic feature of the measurements made at low altitude, is taken into account. The study of the technique was carried out on the example of urban area data obtained with the laser scanner AGM-MS3. This information served to develop filtering and relative orientation algorithms. The initial data AGM-MS3 were also analyzed for the need to adjust them when the distance between adjacent strips is short. The purpose of this study is to determine the principles for identifying them, establishing indicators of sustainable development. When writing the article, methods of analysis and synthesis as well as statistical ones were used. At studying, it was proved that all categories of land can be attributed to urbanized territories. The main results were the establishment of the basic principles for identifying urban areas, calculation of the Tyumen region territory spatial development indicators, and those of sustainable development. It is indicated that the basis for the creation of the atlas is its conceptual model, within the framework of the formulation of its provisions are defined: the object of modeling, structure and composition of the modeled system, the characteristics of its elements, as well as inherent in the system cause-effect relationships that are considered essential to achieve the purpose of modeling. The functions of the atlas of NRF are formulated. The formal features of its content are interconnected. The authors in the context of the formulation and use of methodological principles of atlas completing with maps (sequential-traditional; block-issue; combined) applied combined principle and determined the optimal thematic content of the atlas in the form of a list of maps, grouped by sections and blocks (three sections, each of which contains two blocks of maps). Unconfined groundwater has become the water source for local people’s daily needs in both landforms. It is necessary to map the potential unconfined groundwater for both volcano and structural landforms due to the significant role of springs for the local people living in those areas. This research aims to map the unconfined groundwater on the volcano and structural landforms. This study employed the approaches of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Geographic Information System (GIS), and Remote Sensing (RS) using the variables of lineament density, rainfall, slope, and Topographic Wetness Index (TWI), hydrogeology, drainage density, and land use. The result shows that each variable has the Consistency Ratio (CR) below 0,1, resulting in consistent research variables and appropriate for discussion. The classification of the potential groundwater is divided into three categories: low, medium, and high. The survey validation finds that 147 springs spread at 86 high lands, 55 medium lands, and six lowlands. A method of economic and planning zoning based on the theory of fuzzy sets is proposed, namely the method of arranging objects according to a set of features, which allows applying real values of evaluation indicators and calculating their integral values. The algorithm of automated zoning with the use of GIS tools has been considered. Among these, excavators are versatile hydraulic heavy-duty equipment operated by humans. They are employed for various tasks like digging, levelling the ground, transporting and dumping loads, as well as providing straight traction. However, certain hazardous environments, such as nuclear disasters or earthquakes, are not suitable for human on-site work. To enhance productivity, accuracy, and profitability in excavation projects, the adoption of 3D machine control is recommended. The Topcon 3D Excavator X63 System offers advanced and precise GNSS positioning technology, coupled with Hidromek with Assist and an intuitive software interface, to significantly improve excavation operations. In this study, the accuracy of the coordinates of the route followed by the Excavator was checked by using RTK GNSS method by using P1 reference point. While the differences obtained in horizontal coordinates are 2–2.5 cm and 4–6 cm in vertical coordinates. In addition, excavation calculations of the earthwork area were performed and checked with the number of bucket of the excavator.
