The new representation consists of a difference series the terms of which decay as n in the power of –3 with increase of n, and a series converging exponentially. Convenience of the new representation in comparison with other known representations is shown. Some results concerning optimization of a parameter involved in the new representation are presented and discussed.","PeriodicalId":356690,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT)","volume":"584 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114001587","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By adopting several advanced technologies, such as nearcapacity channel coding and modulation as well as improved frame structure, DTMB-A can provide fast system synchronization, high receiving sensitivity, better performance against multipath effect, high spectrum efficiency and the flexibility for the future extension. This paper provides a technical overview of the physical layer specification of DTMB-A standard in detail. Laboratory test and field trial results are also given which indicate that DTMB-A standard can offer excellent overall system performance for both fixed and mobile receptions under complicated transmission conditions.","PeriodicalId":356690,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117239655","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is modeled as a multiobjective combinatorial optimization problem. A heuristic based on MOCell (Multi-Objective Cellular evolutionary algorithm) is proposed to solve the problem. A set of non-dominated solutions represents different assignments of vehicles to specific routes. The conflicting objectives of provider and users (passenger) are to minimize the total operating cost, and maximize the quality of service, taking into account restrictions of government agencies in context of smart cities to improve the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).","PeriodicalId":356690,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125136792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
