Uses an explanatory approach with quantitative and qualitative methods with descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS applications. The results obtained are there positive and significant influence between employee commitment variables on employee job satisfaction. That employee competence shows a positive direct effect on employee job satisfaction. That employee work motivation shows a positive but not significant direct effect on job satisfaction. That employee commitment shows a significant positive direct effect on employee performance. However, employee commitment is not a parameter in measuring employee performance through job satisfaction variables. That the competency variable shows a negative and insignificant direct effect on employee performance. This is the indirect effect through job satisfaction. Work motivation shows a positive and insignificant direct effect on employee performance. Likewise, the indirect influence through job satisfaction. The data analysis technique uses regression quantitative analysis with the analysis tool of the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures). Lobwaer","doi":"10.35724/jies.v11i2.3148","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35724/jies.v11i2.3148","url":null,"abstract":"One of the most interesting topics in studies related to women, family to marriage is the issue of the age of first marriage for women. This study aims to determine the social, economic and demographic factors on the age at first marriage of women in Indonesia. Cox proportional hazard regression analysis was applied to the results data. The results indicate that singulate mean age at marriage (SMAM) and the average age at first marriage for women in Indonesia are around 23.42 years and 19.52 years, respectively. The results of both bivariate and multivariate statistical analysis show that all independent variables significantly determine the time of women's first marriage in Indonesia. The variables level of education, residence and female birth cohort are the most significant variables in the model. This study found that women from the youngest generation (gene Z) had a higher likelihood of marrying earlier than women from the previous generation. Penulisan ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur menggunakan Smarth PLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja berdasarkan koefisien jalur pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,485 dengan nilai t-hitung 5,146 uji parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari 1,96. Budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, diperoleh koefisien jalur sebesar 0,332 dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,543, dimana dengan nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari 1,96. lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh koefisien jalur sebesar 0,433 dengan nilai t-hitung 7,023 > 1,96. Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,206 dan secara parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,204 yang lebih dari 1,96. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,431 Sedangkan dari hasil uji parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,329 yang lebih besar dari 1,96. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and associative approaches. The data model analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that brand image, product quality, promotion and service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously. The brand image that is formed by my telurgulungku will well affect consumer satisfaction and in making Telurgulungku products pay attention to the quality of the product produced by providing an identity or characteristics compared to similar products on the market to consumers in terms of texture, taste, distinctive legit aroma and hygienic packaging. which guarantees the safety and cleanliness of the product when consumed by consumers. One of the ways to promote Telurgulungku is carried out by means of direct selling or a method of selling certain goods and services to consumers by face-to-face outside fixed shop locations by the marketing network. Results showed that the causes of single mothers were economic stress, domestic violence, death of a spouse and infidelity. The impact, although single mother condition is not expected but this condition also has a positive impact on cases that harm women (domestic violence and infidelity). The negative impact experienced besides psychic then financial condition becomes the impact that most affects single mother. The research sample uses purposive sampling method and obtained 6 companies that will be the object of research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the liquidity variable (X1) did not affect firm value (Y) and profitability variable (X2) had a significant positive effect on firm value (Y). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukan bahwa secara potensial Indonesia mempunyai kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang cukup untuk dikembangkan dan di lain pihak dihadapkan dengan berbagai kendala khususnya di bidang ketenagakerjaan. Perkembangan jumlah angkatan kerja yang pesat namun tidak diikuti tersedianya lapangan pekerjaan yang cukup. Kendala lainnya yakni penawaran tenaga kerja yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan atau kualifikasi tertentu yang dituntut oleh pasar tenaga kerja meskipun permintaan sangat tinggi sehingga menimbulkan angka pengangguran yang semakin tinggi. Upah Minimum juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengangguran, besar kecilnya upah yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengangguran yang ada. Setiap kenaikan tingkat upah akan diikuti oleh turunnya tenaga kerja yang diminta, yang berarti akan menyebabkan meningkatnya pengangguran.
