However, surprisingly little research has been done on partition rules and implementation methods of enterprise business in enterprise systems. This paper begins with our presentation that enterprise information system can be abstracted to a scenario in which users could schedule the task suites of controlled entities under enterprise security mechanism. Then a novel framework for enterprise information system, named EDTSF (Entity Driven Task Software Framework), was proposed by means of updating some information system engineering methodology and technologies. The EDTSF can clearly implements enterprise business partition, and can also reduce coupling between data objects and task objects. At the same time, the EDTSF increases flexibility and expansibility of enterprise information systems by expanding service function of data object and reusing the scheduling mechanism at system level.","PeriodicalId":355435,"journal":{"name":"Second International Conference on Systems (ICONS'07)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127535428","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because the frequency of processed signals in the digital part increases constantly, the analog part must also be able to work in higher frequency bands. In this paper circuits working in the current-mode are described, which fulfill the conditions of new telecommunication technologies. A third-order low-pass frequency filter is described, which can be used for signal processing in industrial data networks or data buses working in the current-mode developed for automotive industry or for medical equipment.","PeriodicalId":355435,"journal":{"name":"Second International Conference on Systems (ICONS'07)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122202911","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Every year India loses 15 % cotton and tea yield due to pestilence. This happens primarily due to lack proper forecasting facilities and inadequate precautionary and preventive measures. The ignorance of the farmers further accrues this loss, as they are not aware of the cheaper and effective solutions available to them. This paper presents a very innovative and effective solution that would solve this problem timely and hence result in reducing the losses to the agriculture industry. A microcontroller based insect pest detection and management system has been described that would retrieve, process and communicate data and information. This system, a very cost effective and reliable technique, easily provides information based on the ground surveys by subsystems, to the required control center, which then takes the necessary control measures. It relieves the farmer of worrying about the pestilence, instead it shifts the onus to the controlling authorities to effectively predict and take the effective steps to prevent the pestilence related problems. The reliable forecasting measures can help in reducing the problem to a great extent and prevent the unexpected food shortages. It may augment the national economy. Thus it becomes incumbent that an effective solution is introduced that is both robust and can withstand extreme weather and temperature variations, thus making their installation and operation quite feasible.","PeriodicalId":355435,"journal":{"name":"Second International Conference on Systems (ICONS'07)","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124710046","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The contribution proposes not only how to represent a system's formal specification as an application pattern structure of specification fragments, but also how to measure similarity of formal specifications for retrieval with case-based reasoning support. The paper provides also an insight into case-based reasoning support as applied to formal specification reuse by application patterns built on finite-state and timed automata. Those application patterns create a base for a pattern language supporting reuse-oriented design process for a class of real-time embedded systems.","PeriodicalId":355435,"journal":{"name":"Second International Conference on Systems (ICONS'07)","volume":"22 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123604800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To avoid such problems, a new definition of the probability of undetected error is given making use of Bayesian inference, provided the value of the bit error probability can be estimated by means of a sample. The length of the samples tending to infinity, the sequence of the respective undetected error probabilities turns out to be convergent. The results then are related to the problem of meeting a specific safety integrity level (SIL).","PeriodicalId":355435,"journal":{"name":"Second International Conference on Systems (ICONS'07)","volume":"120 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124510153","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Additionally, the ability to let a mobile device determine its location in an indoor environment at a fine-grained level supports the creation of a new range of mobile control system applications. Main area of interest is in model of radio-frequency (RF) based system enhancement for locating and tracking users of our control system inside buildings. The framework described here joins the concepts of location and user tracking in an extended existing control system. The experimental framework prototype uses a WiFi network infrastructure to let a mobile device determine its indoor position as well as to deliver IP connectivity. User location is used to data pre-buffering and pushing information from server to user's PDA. Experiments show that location determination can be realized with a room level granularity.","PeriodicalId":355435,"journal":{"name":"Second International Conference on Systems (ICONS'07)","volume":"191 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125684176","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
