Unlike conventional antenna array, the proposed array employs a novel differential via-wall feeding structure, by which it can have low cross-polarization in H-plane and symmetric radiation pattern in E-plane. The via-wall feeding structure can also enhance the bandwidth. Low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) fabrication process is adopted to realize this antenna at 13 GHz. The proposed differential antenna integrates easily with ready-made differential devices. The proposed design achieved the 10-dB impedance bandwidth of 10% and peak gain of 6.8 dBi. This divider/ combiner possess properties of low loss, high power capacity, compact structure, good return loss, and good heat dissipation. The 3D EM simulation results show that, from 85GHz to 100GHz, the return loss is better than 22dB and the transmission coefficient is about -6dB, meanwhile the output return loss is great than 15dB ranging from 88-100GHz. The radiator and ground plane are etched on 11mm×15 mm FR4 printed circuit board. Here, a staircase profile is made at the bottom and top parts of the radiator and ground plane respectively, to improve the impedance matching of the antenna. The proposed antenna has a useable fractional bandwidth of over 120% (7.5-30GHz for VSWR <; 2.5). The problems which can not be calculated due to the insufficient memory can be solved by Out-of-Core solving method, but it takes too longer time because the speed limit of the data reading/writing on the disk. To solve the above problem, parallel Out-of-Core computing method is proposed. In order to use the memory sufficiently and reduce the reading/writing time, block parallel Out-of-Core computing method is also presented. The radiation patterns of a monopole mounted on a metal column and a shipborne antenna model are calculated respectively. The solving time of In-Core solver and Out-of-Core solver with different numbers of blocks and using different numbers of processors are compared respectively. As the integral boundary can be set at anywhere with the arbitrary shape, the conformal truncated boundaries are built to reduce the computational region combining with the domain decomposition method (DDM). The strategy of hybrid FEM/BIE and the modeling method are presented with their validity evaluated by the method of moment (MoM). The random rough surface is represented using Gaussian correlation function, and generated by the spectral method. An accurate composite geometry modeling method is used, which is based on the non-uniform rational B-spline surface (NURBS). With this method,a 3-D partially buried target and a 2-D rough surface are combined as a composite whole, which is utilized to assist surface meshing and accurate electromagnetic scattering calculation. The analytic physical optics (PO) and the numerical multilevel fast multipole algorithm (MLFMA) are used in the electromagnetic simulation. The proposed MG-OXC routing and assignment algorithm can reduce both the number of used ports and the cost of an existing network. The performance of our MG-ON scenario is evaluated with numerical experiments under NSFNET topology and comparisons are made with OXC-based wavelength routed optical networks.
