In recording and processing the assets of PT Lion Air assets, it still uses a manual system, data is input manually. In this manual process, there are often problems in its implementation, namely the frequent occurrence of the process of requesting assets, often the loss of request documents and the difficulty of understanding the demand and data collection of assets. In this research a website-based asset information system will be created. There is also the purpose of making web-based applications so that staff who wish to submit assets can go through the web, and approval from leaders can go online without having to meet directly with the leadership. This will facilitate the staff in submitting assets. In developing the information system for asset submission using HTML, PHP and MySQL as data storage media. After going through the stages in accordance with the chosen development method, the implementation of this asset system has no further system testing, namely alpha testing, where this test uses a black box testing method that focuses on the functional requirements of the software. Service information system list of credit score determination proposals (Simpadu) is a system used to track or monitor DUPAK file management (list of credit score determination proposals) health functional positions at the Directorate General of Health Services conducted through the Integrated Services Unit (ULT) and this is strengthened with the DUPAK Circular Letter dated 4 - May - 2015, in the context of improving the quality of service and orderly administration in the process of Determining Functional Credit Score in the Health sector. This research is a type of Applied Research. The information system development method uses the Prototype model. The method of data collection is done by observation, data sampling, literature study, and interviews. The method used in analyzing and designing a system is the Object Oriented Analysis and Design method using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this research are in the form of software in the form of website Information Systems list service of determining credit numbers that can serve to provide information on the management of DUPAK files. This Islamic boarding school is under the Mafatih Global foundation. Mafatih Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School has 120 students. As of now, there are 6420 donors and there is 2000m of land. This pesantren does not attract education funds for underprivileged or underprivileged students. The operational costs of the pesantren, apart from students who can afford it, also come from donations from donors as well as waqf funds from donors. Funds from waqf are used to provide facilities and infrastructure for pesantren. The objectives of the research to be achieved are applying the crowdfunding concept in raising funds at the Mafatih Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School and designing a mobile-based fundraising crowdfunding application at the Mafatih Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School with the crowdfunding concept. The development method used in this research is Scrum. According to Rising and Janoff (2000), Scrum is a software development method that gradually develops software in a complex environment. Scrum divides the roles in its method into 3, namely the product owner, scrum master and the development team (Schwaber and Sutherlad 2017). The stages of Scrum work begin with a sprint planning meeting which is held at the beginning of the sprint, then continue with the daily scrum which is the stage of making program code in this study, at the end of the sprint a sprint review meeting and a sprint retrospective are held (Pressman, 2010). The last is the results and targets of the research in the form of a mobile-based application in raising funds from outside parties that can be installed on mobile phones. With the mobile-based application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for donors to donate funds quickly and effectively.
