Maternal mortality rate was 211deaths per 100,000 live births in 2017 with sub-Saharan Africa accounting for two third. A strengthened postnatal care can significantly reduce this unacceptable mortality. This study aims at assessing the factors associated with the utilization of 4th postnatal care services among mothers seeking vaccination for their children in selected health centers located in the city of Kigali. A cross-sectional study design was conducted in 10 health centers and 403 mothers were recruited. Data was collected using an interview-administered questionnaire, Chi-square and multivariate analysis were used to examine the relationship between independent variables and PNC4 attendance. Mothers who participated in the study (56.7%) were between the ages of 26 and 35, 47.6% were cohabiting, and 49.6% had completed secondary and TVET school. The attendance of PNC4 was 27%. PNC4 service awareness (AOR = 10.922, 95% CI: 5.869-20.325, P 0.001), ANC attendance (AOR = 2.334, 95% CI, 1.050-5.188, P = 0.038), and religion belief (AOR=0.338, 95% CI, 0.177-0.645, P=0.001) were significantly associated with PNC4 attendance. The utilisation of PNC4 is still low. PNC4 should be strengthened to ensure the well-being of the mothers and children. Although the use of SSTs has significantly changed service delivery and its use can satisfy patients' pursuit of efficient service, there is still a lack of adequate overview of research on how the use of SSTs affects healthcare consumers' experience in healthcare facility settings. Therefore, this study aimed to understand the usage intentions of healthcare consumers using healthcare self-service technologies. In this study, questionnaires were distributed in a regional hospital in Taiwan, and a total of 640 valid questionnaires were obtained. After relevant research and path analysis, it was found that the perceived usefulness of medical consumers to SSTs will affect their attitudes and behaviors. In addition, this study contributes to the literature on SSTs through the results of this study. Cosmetic agents are substances found in cosmetic products that are used to improve the appearance and health of the skin, hair, and nails. They may be natural or synthetic, and their functions may include moisturizing, exfoliating, cleaning, and UV protection. Cosmetic agents play crucial role in the formulation of cosmetic products. Different skin types respond differently to cosmetic agents, so it is important to patch test new products before incorporating them into a daily routine. It is essential to consult a dermatologist before using any cosmetic products. The study utilized the descriptive research design. The target population was 250 Females in Taichung, Taiwan. The study did sampling of 210 participants chosen from the target population of 250 Females in Taichung, Taiwan. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The research concluded that cosmetic agents have become an essential part of daily skincare routines for many females worldwide. The effects of cosmetic agents on skin health among females are significant. Properly formulated cosmetic agents can provide a range of benefits to the skin, improving its appearance and health. Properly formulated cosmetic agents can offer a range of benefits to the skin, like moisturization, sun protection, anti-aging effects, acne management, hyperpigmentation reduction, and exfoliation. It was recommended that different cosmetic agents work best for different skin types and concerns. Oily skin may benefit from a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer, while dry skin may require a heavier, more emollient-based moisturizer. Females should look for products that comprise beneficial components like antioxidants, peptides, and humectants. Avoid products that contain harmful components like fragrances, alcohol, and sulfates, as these may irritate the skin and cause damage over time.","PeriodicalId":354548,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Medicine, Nursing & Public Health","volume":"235 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122436960","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
