It finalized seven important factors using the factor analysis approach. These 7 factors are categorised as: “Improved physical and digital infrastructure”, “Access to microfinance or microcredit”, “Prevailing societal norms in the rural areas”, “Education and skill level”, “Favourable government policies and support measures”, “Market access opportunities” and “Predominant security issues”. This study suggests that policy makers should consider the above-mentioned factors to increase the sustainability of women's micro-entrepreneurship to increase social equity and equality, and empowerment of women. The policy makers should also focus on creating an enabling micro business environment to support female entrepreneurs for achieving inclusive economic growth in J&K. The above-mentioned suggestions would be helpful to attain SDGs in India. Through a compendium of case studies, we dissect how neural triggers, such as emotional resonance, attentional saliency, and subconscious priming, are orchestrated to augment the efficacy of green investment campaigns. Furthermore, this study seeks to unravel the symbiotic interplay between neuropsychological stimuli and pro-environmental behaviors within financial markets, positing a conceptual framework that underscores the neurobiological underpinnings of sustainable finance. A total of 390 LSS specialists who live in the USA and work for a US company filled out a questionnaire. The research tool was validated, and reliability was assessed. Statistical analysis methods, such as multiple regression and correlation, were employed to test the hypothesis. The results show that LSS projects have a substantial influence on a company's overall performance and all of it is sub-dimensions: financial, operational, and innovative performance. However, the effects were minor, and the connections were strained.
