The parabolic shape bound self-similar pulses with linear chirps are observed in the fiber laser. The influences of the small signal gain and the inter-cavity average group velocity dispersion (GVD) on pulse separation, pulse duration, peak power and single pulse energy of the bound self-similar pulse pairs are investigated in-depth. According to the requirements of innovation, teaching reformation and actual needs of students, this innovation platform designs five modules, including user security-login module, book management module, reading-report module, system management module and teaching activities module. For the online part, this platform implements the ‘Happy Reading’ network teaching platform, including user security-login through electronic identity (eID), visualization of book information, online writing, submission, reviewing, publishing and socializing comments of reading-report, statistical analysis and other practical functions. Offline, the platform continuously optimizes book list to ensure the quality of classic reading, and sets reviewing standards to ensure the quality of reading-reports. In the meanwhile, with the help of students' organizations, the platform carries out activities like ‘Readers Sloan’, ‘Reading Star’ and many other colorful activities. The combination of online and offline parts provides a reliable, convenient, interactive and efficient teaching system. This paper studies into recent process made in semantic-based image retrieval (SBIR), and establishes a semantic-based image retrieval model (SBIRM) for ‘Classic Reading’ Platform. The model chooses three important features from illustrations of books including color, texture and shape to extract feature vector and form a 31-dimentional vector. Vector normalization is performed to eliminate the difference between different features and similarity measurement is used to compare two images. Finally, K-nearest neighbor (KNN) was performed to train the image vectors to decide which book the given image belongs to. It analyzes the pros and cons of some existing authentication mechanisms, proposes an enhanced bi-direction authentication mechanism for IoT control system, discusess the proposed mechanism in detail, including the improvements measures, the authentication process and the authentication model. Finally, this paper presents the security analysis of the enhanced authentication model. The size of the substrate is 30 mm× 26 mm× 0.8 mm and the substrate material uses RT5880 with relative permitivity of 2.b The simulations and experimental results demonstrate that the impedance bandwidth of antenna can be achieved from 2.2 GHz to 10 GHz. With the rapid growth of the amount of information on the Internet, the traditional stand-alone analysis tools face great challenges in storage capacity and computing efficiency, but which is the advantages for Hadoop cluster. In this paper, we designed an offline traffic analysis system based on Hadoop (OTASH), and proposed a MapReduce-based algorithm for Top<em>N</em> user statistics. In addition, we studied the computing performance and failure tolerance in OTASH. In this paper, the authors investigate the effects of two types of indicators, user attributes and social network attributes, and study on the accuracy of predicting the scale of information diffusion, and how to select an appropriate model that can fit real data better and have a higher accuracy. The experimental results show that both user attributes and social network structure attributes have significant effects on the scale of information diffusion. At the same time, three data mining models are constructed in this paper to predict the scale of information diffusion and compare their prediction accuracy. The number of Internet users and services are increasing incredibly with the development of various networking technologies, but at the same time these cause the difficulty of managing the network and providing better user experience. User/service classification can alleviate this problem. A thorough evaluation system can not only assess the performance of the classification models, but also improve them significantly. In this paper, we build a new kind of user/service classification model and propose an evaluation system. Taking diverse viewpoints into account and ensuring the evaluating results to be as complete and unbiased as possible, we design a multi-layer and multi-dimensionality assessment architecture. This architecture includes reliability, validity, flexibility, efficiency and cost.
