Vannikov","doi":"10.1117/12.431285","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1117/12.431285","url":null,"abstract":"Electronic properties of polyaniline films depend strictly on their heterostructure influenced on the electronic structure and transport phenomena in these ones. We have obtained the evidences of existence of heterogeneity in molecular scale for the chemically prepared polyaniline and in microscopic and macroscopic scales for the vacuum deposited polyaniline films. The character of heterogeneity depends strictly on the nature of oxidant, concentrations, temperature, mass transfer and so on. The heterogeneity of the vacuum deposited polyaniline films influenced on their electrical conductivity, magnetic properties and the formation of so-called trapped charge. In turn these factors affect strictly on the electro chromic properties of polyaniline films. The principal reason of the heterogeneous structure formation is the autocatalytic character of the oxidation in course of synthesis and following processes. The design consists in single-crystalline columns of the phosphor material. The columns are across the screen approximately perpendicular to it. Formation of the design is ensured by an action of isolated particles of catalysts deposited onto a substrate. Using silica and Tb-doped titania sols the colloidal crystal with photonic stop band ranging from 480 to 550 nm have been developed, thus fitting the 5D4 yields 7F6 and 5D4 yields 7F5 transition of Tb3+ ions. Pronounced inhibition of optical transitions of Tb3+ ions was observed.
