Al-Farara Center in the New Valley Governorate, within the scope of the three largest agricultural reclamation associations in terms of the number of farmers in possession and registered in the association’s lists. The questionnaire was used by personal interview to collect data from a sample of 279 respondents, and was used to analyze data descriptive statistics “frequency, percentages and average degree”, The results of the respondents’ responses to the development challenges they faced indicated to the research area, Where the agricultural economic challenges ranked first according to the general arrangement, where they were mentioned by (80.0%) of them, and the methods they mentioned to solve these problems varied, whether administrative, financing or technological to solve them by 82.7%, 67.4%, 14.7%, respectively, and the average degree of their satisfaction with the level of service provided to solve those The problem was 1.42 degrees, with percentages of about 47.3%, then the social challenges, which included problems health, education, stability and settlement, and community and family participation ranked second with a rate of 75.6%, and the methods of solving problems, whether administrative, financial or technological, differed by 74.6%, 48.7% and 15.2%, respectively, and the average degree of their satisfaction with the level of service provided to solve these problems was 1.48 degrees, or 49.3%, and environmental challenges ranked last, as mentioned by 74.1% of them, and they reported a diversity of methods The solution, whether administrative, financing, or technological, with percentages 75.2%, 45.5%, 35.1%, respectively, and Developmental challenges facing the inhabitants of agricultural communities Farafra Center in the …… percentages of about 49.3 % .
