Consequently, results of Eilers, Restorff, Ruiz and S{o}rensen imply that isomorphism and stable isomorphism of unital graph C*-algebras (including the Cuntz-Krieger algebras) are decidable. This leads us to a detailed investigation of probability measures on $mathbb{R}$ with univalent Cauchy transform. In this article we determine the intertwiner spaces of non-easy group-theoretical quantum groups. We generalise group-theoretical categories of partitions and use a fiber functor to map partitions to linear maps which is slightly different from the one for easy quantum groups. Modulo the UCT, this provides an abstract characterization of C*-subalgebras of simple, unital AF-algebras. \u0000As a consequence, for a countable, discrete, amenable group G acting on a second countable, locally compact, Hausdorff space X, C_0(X) rtimes_r G embeds into a simple, unital AF-algebra if, and only if, X admits a faithful, invariant, Borel, probability measure.
