The results of this study are Instagram can shape the lifestyle of teenagers, because Instagram provides access for teenagers to express themselves freely in public. By utilizing every available technology, the productivity of every New Normal Café workforce is increasing, so that New Normal Cafe can maintain company turnover during the covid-19 pandemic which only allows 50% of visitors from the cafe's total capacity. The object of this research is \"The Influence of Instagram Social Media Use in the Kandaga Village community\". Researchers conducted a survey on the influence of Instagram social media use in the Kandaga village community. Our group used a survey with questionnaire research which was used to collect research data with questions in it. and the statements answered by respondents. In addition, other words of influence are a state of reciprocity, or a causal relationship between what affects and what is influenced. The Internet significantly affects the way people live by changing because of its technology. We got 12 informants who used Instagram among teenagers and we asked some questions regarding the influence of Instagram media. This study aims to describe how the influence of gadgets on social emotional development among adolescents to adults in Group 6 in Bandung, precisely in the Binong area. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. This research approach uses the phenomenological method. The sample in this study amounted to 9 people. Based on the observations we have made in the area, the average use of gadgets in the area is quite high, of course with this we can get various and accurate information from informants in the area. the. The data collection technique used is interviews. There are several categories of informants, namely students (16-18 years), teenagers or students (19-25 years old) and finally there are parents (26-50 years). This shows that the use of gadgets has a positive effect of 30% and a negative effect of 70% on the development of addiction, social, emotional, adolescents and adults in group 6 in Bandung, precisely in the Binong area. This hoax is targeting the personal data of students, students, and people who need internet quota during this pandemic. For this reason, in this study we want to find out how aware Uninus students are about the importance of personal data security. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, and the data collection technique is through interviews and questionnaires. This type of research data is primary data, and the research subjects are Uninus students. The object of this research is the awareness of Uninus students towards personal information, and the informants are class A students of the Communication Studies study program. As a result, the informants admitted that they had received phishing links from the Ministry of Education and Culture quota and knew that phishing links could threaten personal data and could also cause material and non-material losses. They also know the steps to avoid becoming a victim of phishing links and how to identify phishing links circulating in the community.
