This degradation is represented by transmission map which represents the amount of attenuation and airlight which represents the color of additive noise. In this paper, we have proposed a method to estimate the transmission map using haze levels instead of airlight color since there are some ambiguities in estimation of airlight. Qualitative and quantitative results of proposed method show competitiveness of the method given. In this paper, we proposed a method to efficiently track eye gaze detection in real time from video acquired by a web camera. The camera is stationary with respect to the head. Proposed system is mainly divided into three steps; face detection, eye-ball(pupil) detection and finally eye gaze detection. Using predefined facial landmarks face is detected in real time. Then in the second step face point that were extracted in phase one helps to detect eye point and using circular Hough Transform eye pupil was accurately detected. Finally, in the last stage eye gaze was calculated using gaze ratio formula. This paper aims to cover the implementation of knowledge management in the process of development of e-recruitment platform using an ontology-based approach. The approach has been modeled in such a way that it can facilitate employers for hiring and recruiting purposes as per the organization's desired requirements with an effective utilization of MOOCs data. For the end-users, the developed ontology will be able to recommend candidates to the e-recruiter based on the required functions of the job post, and similarly students or eligible candidates who have completed MOOC will be able to view job vacancies based on their field of interest. Pornography is considered a sensitive issue to discuss openly in our society and this is a neglected one too. Psychological research says that Pornographic and nude images create a negative impact on the viewer's mind. And also watching pornography is a kind of addiction too. At the first stage, such people create distance from their loved ones which leads them to depression and on extreme stages they could be involved in many types of criminal activities. In this article, the Skin Detection based Pornographic Filtering using Adaptive Back Propagation Neural Network (SD-PFT-ABPNN) Technique is presented. The Simulation results of Proposed SD-PFT-ABPNN techniques shown desirable results regarding MMSE and regression as compared to conventional skin detection-based Porn Filtering Techniques using Global Image Enhancement (PFTGIE), Porn Filtering Techniques Without using Global Image Enhancement (PFTWGIE) techniques. Different website design artifacts have a different effect on consumers' emotions and behavioral intentions. Also, emotions and behavior vary from consumer to consumer. Therefore, it is important to highlight the website design artifacts that affect consumers' emotions and behavioral intentions in the context of m-commerce. So far, emotions have been widely neglected in the extant literature. To fill this gap and to provide useful insights, this study examined the effect of website design artifacts (i.e. visual design, content design, and navigation design) on positive and negative emotions leads to consumers' behavioral purchase intention. For the collection of data, a questionnaire was designed. Moreover, a partial-least square approach was employed for the analysis of the collected data. The results showed a substantial effect of visual design and content design on both positive and negative emotions and ultimately, on purchase intention. Navigation design significantly influences positive emotion but not on negative emotion.
