Information about drugs including prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs and herbs. The aim of the research is to find out drug information services at the \"IAF\" pharmacy in Makassar city. The research method used is a descriptive survey. Sampling in this study by purposive sampling technique. The population in the study were all \"IAF\" pharmacy staff in May-June 2021. This makes Swamedication 3 an alternative that is often taken by the community to deal with gastritis complaints, but the lack of basic knowledge about correct Gastritis self-medication often results in medication errors (Medication errors). This study aims to determine the level of consumer knowledge about doen antacid self-medication at the Narisa Pharmacy which will be carried out in March 2023 at the Narisa Pharmacy, Makassar City. This type of research uses descriptive methods, namely research that includes surveys with data collection in the form of questionnaires with a total of 52 respondents. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. the results of this study indicate that the percentage of respondents' answers is 92.69%. This research was conducted in Risa Village, Woha District, Bima Regency. This research was conducted in March 2023 using a questionnaire on 140 respondents according to the criteria. The sword-like leaves are strong and substantial. For defecation, the bromelin enzyme, which is contained in pineapples, is frequently used as a laxative (constipation). The purpose of this study was to ascertain the laxative effects of pineapple flesh (Ananas comocus (L) Merr.) extract and the dosages at which it was effective. The Pharmacology Laboratory, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Pancasakti University, used an experimental study design. In this investigation, 25 mice were employed, split into 5 groups, starved for 1 hour, and then given loperamide to induce behavior. Na. CMC was used as a negative control in the first group, pineapple flesh extract was utilized in the second, third, and fourth groups at doses of 100 mg, 300 mg, and 500 mg, and dulcolactol was used as a positive control in the third and fifth groups. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used to examine the study's data and findings. According to the study's findings, pineapple flesh extract has a laxative effect. This study aims to determine the level of self-medication knowledge of synthetic cough medicines and a list of traditional medicines used by the Insignia Oasis housing community which will be held in March 2023 at Insignia Oasis Housing. The type of research used is descriptive observational research using a questionnaire to obtain data with a total of 56 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the percentage of respondents' answers is 89.91%. So that people choose where to buy drugs at pharmacies, grocery stalls, minimarkets and drugstores. The purpose of this study was to find out where to buy drugs for self-medication in the Green Hills Moncongloe Housing Complex, Maros Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method, namely research that includes surveys with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. This research was conducted at the Green Hills Moncongloe Housing Complex, Maros Regency which was carried out in February - March 2023 by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. From the results of the study it can be seen that of the 50 respondents, 29 people (58%) bought drugs at pharmacies, 16 people (32%) at grocery stalls, 3 people (6%) minimarkets, and finally 2 people (4%) drugstores. Based on data from the WHO (World Health Organization), diseases of the gastrointestinal tract mostly occur in developing countries by looking at the prevalence rates of gastrointestinal diseases that occur due to disruption of the digestive system. human digestion. Poor eating habits can cause various digestive disorders such as heartburn, diarrhea, dizziness, difficult bowel movements, nausea, flatulence and fever. Gastritis is a digestive tract disorder caused by three main factors, such as (a) H. pylori (b) long-term use of Non-Steroid Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), and (c) Stress-Related Musocal Damage (SRMD). In addition, gastritis can also be caused by other factors, such as irregular eating patterns, consumption of coffee, tea, cola, alcohol and spicy foods, and stressful conditions. Gastritis sufferers will experience complaints including stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, weakness, flatulence, and feeling tight, pain in the pit of the stomach, no appetite, pale face, increased body temperature, cold sweat, dizziness or belching and bleeding can also occur digestive tract. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of public knowledge of self-medication of digestive tract drugs for gastritis patients at the Talita Pharmacy in Makassar City. The research method uses quantitative analysis with descriptive surveys, namely research that includes surveys with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. (Paracetamol). previously induced with 5% peptone subcutan. measurements of body temperature rectally were carried out every 30 minutes, survived 4 hours.
