Most of these papers take into account the automatic understanding of information in the traditional text form - sometimes on the basis of ideas such as Semantic Networks and Ontologies. Automatic understanding is therefore being treated as a tool for better web searching and document summarization. In this work it will be proven that, in its design, the automatic understanding of business situations and opportunities can be very similar to the automatic understanding of medical images but definitely different in its algorithmic form - used for the automatic understanding of the merit content of text messages based on ontology.","PeriodicalId":350490,"journal":{"name":"6th International Conference on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management Applications (CISIM'07)","volume":"111 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122255827","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The server fetches the requests and broadcasts the data to the air. The broadcast problem including the plan design is considered. The uniform items are inserted and numbered in predefined order into customized size relations. Under some divisible conditions our approach can guarantee the creation of full broadcast plan (BP) with predefined number of items repetition. A set of algorithms discover the possibilities to get a full BP. Servers now may provide self-monitoring, self-organizing, etc abilities in automatic way. To increase the server broadcasting capabilities for the uniform data a new scheduling algorithm is introduced. The HOL waiting time group (HOL- WTG) scheduler, working as round robin, along with the bandwidth adjustment, provides the service priority, diminishes the waste of bandwidth and minimizes the number of rounds. Simulation experiments are provided.","PeriodicalId":350490,"journal":{"name":"6th International Conference on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management Applications (CISIM'07)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133087266","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Each cell of a complex is constructed using the usual quad-edge structure, and the cells are then linked together by the dual edge that penetrates the face shared by two cells. We developed the new set of atomic operators that allow for a significant improvement of the related storage, construction and navigation algorithms in terms of the computational complexity. The idea is based on simultaneous construction of the both 3D Voronoi diagram and its dual the Delaunay triangulation. We expect that the increase of the efficiency related to the simultaneous manipulation of the both duals will allow for many new applications, like the real-time analysis and simulation of the modelled structures.","PeriodicalId":350490,"journal":{"name":"6th International Conference on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management Applications (CISIM'07)","volume":"138 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116362436","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, their ability to enable a truly mobile multimedia experience has been compromised by a number of factors including hardware limitations and a paucity of software graphics rendering engines for such devices. Ongoing developments in mobile technologies are rendering these limitations obsolete. However, a key remaining problem remains the lack of a standardised, open multimedia rendering framework for mobile devices. In this paper, a framework for rendering SMIL compliant, multimedia presentations on mobile devices is described.","PeriodicalId":350490,"journal":{"name":"6th International Conference on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management Applications (CISIM'07)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123202413","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main goal is to propose a new method of determining the average time of probabilistic programs computations. Programs with continuous time parameter are considered as finite Markov processes. Therefore in the first method we use the popular solution based on Markov Process Theory. This method gives the precise results however its computational complexity is high. The second method is our original solution. We restrict number of a program states using the corresponding probabilistic program with discrete time parameter. Therefore we can use the estimation of the average computations time applied in discrete time case based on a transformation of a probabilistic program to the form with only one loop (a normal form).","PeriodicalId":350490,"journal":{"name":"6th International Conference on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management Applications (CISIM'07)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122631031","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We consider two kinds of images: colored and black- and-white. Each kind of images requires different coding for a GA. In the case of colored images we base on the RGB color model. When black-and-white images are considered, we use binary coding. A genetic algorithm evolves an initial randomly generated population of individuals (images). The aim of a GA is to find a solution as similar to a reconstructed image as possible. We show results of computer experiments and formulate conclusions arising from them.","PeriodicalId":350490,"journal":{"name":"6th International Conference on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management Applications (CISIM'07)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2007-06-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127699962","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
