This concept, which appeared in the 30s of the last century, does not lose its relevance today. So this concept can become an effective planning tool, which makes it possible to apply it in practice in the economy of a company. The areas of application of this concept in the activities of the company are also given in the article. The work is based on the analysis of publications of foreign and national authors who have made a significant contribution to the development of the theory of learning-by-doing, the impact of accumulated experience on the economic growth of the company. In particular, the model of the learning curve of T. Wright, the experience curve of B. Henderson, endogenous models of economic growth by K.J. Arrow, P. Romer, E. Sheshinsky, L.E. Varshavsky. The practical significance of this work lies in the formation of the basis for further research in this subject area. A retrospective analysis of approaches to the formation of tariff policy and the calculation of the amount of cross-subsidization, as well as the formation of its organizational and legal foundations since the entry of the Russian Federation into the market economy. The essence is revealed and the author's interpretation of the concept of «the amount of cross-subsidization» is given. The main features of the formation of cross-subsidization across the subjects of the Russian Federation are revealed. A set of measures to minimize the impact of cross-subsidization in the electric power industry on the development of the industry and the country's economy as a whole is systematically presented. The volume of cross-subsidization is analyzed and the dynamics of their changes in the context of the subjects of the Russian Federation is shown. A list of factors that can lead to an increase in the volume of cross-subsidization in subsequent regulatory periods has been formed. It is concluded that it is necessary to gradually reduce the volume of cross-subsidization in the electric grid complex of the Russian Federation in order to preserve the unified energy system of the Russian Federation.","PeriodicalId":350418,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development. A comparative analysis is made, proving the similarity of the dynamics of macroeconomic foreign trade indicators of Russia and Iran at the time of the introduction of economic restrictions by a number of Western countries. The main directions of economic restrictions against Russia are systematized. Consideration of the Iranian experience of circumventing economic restrictions largely consists in the study of mechanisms that are relevant for sanctions against the Russian Federation in 2022. The author examines the problems of liquidity reduction and market volatility increase; he assesses their impact on the market prospects and its participants. Conclusions are given about the presence and/or lack of effectiveness of using various approaches to investing and applying trading strategies. The dynamics of changes, long-term trends, as well as recent changes in 2022 are evaluated, which are the main focus. The changes are considered from the point of view of their impact on investors and the investment activity prospects in the modern Russian stock market. The author conducts both a general market and an intersectoral analysis of the changes that have occurred, new problems and features are identified. Dividend payments and prospects for the various type portfolios formation are considered. The study is based on data taken from the Moscow Stock Exchange. Conclusions about the prospects of various investment strategies usage are drawn based on the information and the obtained results analysis. The paper analyzes the main problems faced by banks in the development of modern methodology and identifies key areas of innovative methodology of risk management in the modern conditions of digital economy. As a result of the research, it was highlighted that the qualitative methodology of bank is the most important aspect of creating an effective bank risk management system. It led us to the conclusion that it is necessary to constantly improve and develop the internal risk culture of the bank by regulating certain norms in internal regulatory documents. The development of methodology for bank risk management for the purposes of identification, localization, measurement and subsequent control will allow solving the main problems of risk management. The paper gives a description of the modern design of the exchange infrastructure of the Russian market. Methodical research tools: analysis of normative legal acts and resolutions, methodological instructions of the national settlement depository. As the study showed, the interests of Russian investors who make transactions with foreign securities are extremely vulnerable in the current version of interaction with foreign counterparties. It is concluded that the national organizers of the auction need to revise the structures of mutual settlements.
