In this context, the prevalence and applicability in modern conditions of the concept and methodology of behavioral finance in a number of leading Russian and global companies is shown. The issues of qualitative compliance of such developments and their relevance in terms of the possibilities of using situational analysis created on their basis are also considered. It is also indicated in this paper that behavioral finance is a relatively new analytical technology, and its capabilities to a large extent limited by the scope of its application.","PeriodicalId":350418,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development. The author analyzes the reasons contributing to the strengthening of the role of management innovation, examines current trends in the development of hotel enterprises, and also gives examples of the successful implementation of innovative solutions in hotel business enterprises. The author concludes that the external environment stimulates the innovative activities of hotel enterprises, which predetermines the need to intensify the implementation of innovative solutions, as well as increase innovative activity. The main measures of state support for small and medium-sized enterprises are considered. The paper describes the category of \"Small and medium–sized enterprises\", examines the main criteria for classifying small and medium-sized enterprises, considers the bankruptcy problem and its prerequisites in the course of business activities of small and mediumsized enterprises. Methodological tools of the research: analysis of statistical sources of information and legislative documentation. As the study showed, the sustainable development of an enterprise largely depends on its ability to effectively manage its working capital. The main types of risks that can be identified when checking counterparties are considered - financial, tax, legal, reputational, commercial and operational. The authors substantiate the need for careful verification of counterparties before starting cooperation in order to minimize potential losses and negative consequences. In the article, the authors explore the cases of the construction and functioning of the Gazprom Pererabotka LLC risk management system, the assessment of counterparties by the Gazprom Mezhregiongaz LLC economic Security service and the Severstal Management JSC risk management system. In these cases, the integration of procedures for verifying information about counterparties into the internal control system of contractual relations is implemented. The possibilities of combining the business processes of counterparty verification and internal control are being considered. The authors aim to investigate the feasibility of integrating the counterparty verification process into the organization's internal control system and formulate potential advantages and disadvantages. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the introduction of formalized procedures for checking and monitoring counterparties within the framework of the internal control system will improve the overall effectiveness of risk management and protect the organization when certain conditions are met. The relevance of the chosen topic is since currently a significant problem remains unresolved: in the presence of many multi-level strategic planning documents, the strategic management system shows rather low efficiency. At the same time, bringing the regulatory framework in line with the provisions of Decree No. 474 leads to a strengthening of the role of regions in the process of implementing national goals through regional projects. The paper analyzes the positions of the Far Eastern Federal District against the background of the countries of East and Southeast Asia, and presents the results of a SWOT analysis of the factors of socio-economic development of the Khabarovsk Territory in the long term. Also, through the formal legal method, the analysis of strategic planning documents of the Khabarovsk Territory in the context of the implementation of national goals was carried out. Based on the results obtained, the author has compiled a comprehensive scheme for the implementation of national development goals in the Khabarovsk Territory. The work emphasizes that the mechanisms for monitoring and monitoring the progress of the implementation and execution of regional projects in the Khabarovsk Territory have found their normative expression in the methodological documents of the region. For each period of market development under consideration, the spheres of influence of the main institutional participants have been established. As a result, a generalized classification of residential real estate market institutions is proposed based on the experience of foreign traditional and neoclassical economic schools, as well as the works of domestic authors in the field of institutional economics. They are turning from static structures into dynamic communities that have a high degree of flexibility and are able to quickly respond to new challenges and trends. Consortia bring together universities, research centers, companies and other organizations in order to jointly perform scientific and educational tasks, exchange information and resources. Using their capabilities, such groups can achieve great results that are not available to one person or one organization. In science and education, various models of cooperation are used, which contribute to the creation of scientific and educational consortia. By a decree of the Russian government dated May 13, 2021, the Priority 2030 Strategic Academic Leadership program was adopted, which is aimed at supporting universities and stimulating their participation in achieving the national development goals of the country. Consortia are an important mechanism for the implementation of this program. The strategic academic Leadership program \"Priority 2030\" has become an important incentive for the development of consortia in the field of education and increased funding for universities. According to the data of form VPO-2, reviewed in this article, there has been an increase in the volume of cash receipts since 2021. The analysis of the main advantages of Scientific and Educational consortia shows that consortia allow solving complex tasks that are inaccessible to one scientist or educational institution. The analysis of foreign and domestic experience in assessing the maturity of organizations is carried out. Methodological tools of the research: analysis of statistical sources of information. As the study showed, the introduction of artificial intelligence technology becomes a necessary attribute in the work of financial organizations, and the availability of competent implementation affects the quality of the product and the competitiveness of the company.
