I as the author of this article, was also responsible for all summaries (i.e., of all case studies), within these three decades (the team-participants did change more or less) - we never found any exception to the following six 'basic sentences', which are stated: 1) the introduction to Part V outlines in short the working procedures; 2) which led to the 'six basic sentences', the 'to-do-canon'; 3) lists the main working steps for the investigations in case studies. The six basic sentences (the foundation of a synoptical social theory), which so far had not been falsified, are explicitly; 4) formulated; ('falsification light' is the name in synoptics of the hermeneutic procedure to come close to the Popperian falsification demand, as explained in Part I). For comparison with other newer social theories the so-called 'bathtub' theory of James Coleman is shortly outlined.","PeriodicalId":35015,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Foresight and Innovation Policy","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46513341","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The author reveals the characteristic features of emigration processes and the reasons for their tightening on the European continent. He also assesses the ineffectiveness of European policy of 'open doors'. The author draws attention to the fact that uncontrolled migration in terms of a multidimensional globalisation is a planetary phenomenon, and the highest voltage of the demographic character associated with China and South-East Asia. He also emphasises that the basis of the problems connected with the mass resettlement of people is formed by the principal differences between various cultural and civilisation systems.","PeriodicalId":35015,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Foresight and Innovation Policy","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47318780","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Further, the paper examines how the government assumed their responsibilities to be anchored in national and international law with respect to the conflict over the construction of the hydroelectric dam construction Belo Monte in the Xingu River Basin. This article highlights the importance of sticking together as a global community to empower indigenous nations all over the world - otherwise governments and elites will continue to violate indigenous human rights, and contribute to environmental destruction through unsustainable mega projects which are threatening wildlife, nature and humans. The situation between indigenous and non-indigenous actors in Brazil is in need of change and transformation in order to create a peaceful coexistence and the survival of indigenous culture.","PeriodicalId":35015,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Foresight and Innovation Policy","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45582705","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been announced that artificial intelligence will soon take over human expertise (i.e., deep learning systems). Neurological investigations explore functionality but also seemingly misconceptions of the human brain (see book titles like The Idiot Brain and The Self Illusion). We are putting forward a logical and physical concept in neuroscience (which we call 'OMB': oscillating mind-body model) which abandons the classical neuro-scientific methodology with regard to a physically inspired concept of (human) imagination, and develops in formerly physically forbidden zones of imaginary-valued system states. The nature of such imaginary-valued states is based on deep participation at a greater, dynamically emerging wholeness, which - when re-entering into the real-valued states of the species - creates consciousness (in the sense of sharing knowledge with oneself about something greater). This approach lays foundation to newly understand and putting forward major pillars of our society: dignity, faculty of judgement and creativity. We provide a first analysis with regard to an emerging double standard, as induced or at least supported by determinism. How to overcome this dilemma? The deep nature of our knowledge strives us to 'become who we are'.","PeriodicalId":35015,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Foresight and Innovation Policy","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48112924","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
