The purpose of this study was to describe the use of gadgets by teachers in learning activities. This research was carried out starting from the curiosity of researchers about how teachers use gadgets in face-to-face learning in schools. In conducting the research, data was collected using three techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation with data analysis techniques, which is data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. And to determine the feasibility of the audio-visual media that the researchers have developed. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and using the Four-D model research stage (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Validation is carried out by expert validators and practitioner validators. Product trials were carried out in stages, namely stage 1 and stage 2. The results showed that the validation of design experts obtained an assessment with a very valid category. In validation linguists obtained assessment with a very valid category. In the validation of the material experts, they obtained an assessment with a very valid category. And the validation of the material by the practitioner validator obtained an assessment with a very valid category. The students written test in the form of objective questions received an assessment with a very good category. The results of the questionnaire responses from students and teachers obtained an assessment with a very practical category. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method. In the implementation of this learning, planning and implementation processes are carried out. In planning learning the teacher uses lesson plans and teaching materials in the form of powtoon media with the material \" Perubahan Pada Mahkluk Hidup\". The implementation process is carried out with the preliminary, core and closing stages. The results found in this study indicate that students feel happy and enthusiastic and interested in the science learning process using powtoon media, besides that students are also increasingly interested in learning. However, the obstacle for teachers in using Powtoon media is in the development of the media. This type of research is development research or research and development. This study uses the Plomp development model (2013) which consists of 3 development stages including the Preliminary Research Phase, Prototyping Phase, and Assessment Phase. The research data were collected by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data is then processed through quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the validation results of interactive multimedia based on Adobe Flash that was developed, the Aiken's V validity index was 0.88 with a very valid category. While the practicality of interactive multimedia based on Adobe Flash based on the teacher's practicality questionnaire, it was obtained an average score of 92.02% in the very practical category. In addition, based on the students' practicality questionnaire, the average percentage score of 89.35% was obtained in the very practical category. The development model used is 4-D, which consists of 4 stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The development of this product was in the form of a learning video which was validated by 2 media experts and 1 material expert, the practicality test was carried out by 3 teachers and 10 students of class V, while the product trial was conducted on 20 students of class V. Based on the results of data analysis, media expert validation I obtained an average percentage of 100% with a very valid category, media expert validation II obtained an average percentage of 93.75% with a very valid category, material expert validation obtained an average score of 85% with a category very valid, Practicality by the teacher shows an average score of 95.14% in the very practical category, practicality by students gets an average score of 98.69% in the very practical category, the student response questionnaire shows an average score of 98.53% in the category very good, and the average result of the student's ability test shows the number 86.5 in the good category.
