The erosion of agriculture by the opportunities of other sectors, refers to the focus of research in Bali's Celuk Buruan Village, by uncovering phenomena that occur in this region. The existence of regional development, the availability of access and public facilities, is a problem in the agricultural sector in this region. Changes in perspective or land-use change are inevitable, impacting agriculture and small businesses that have long worked with farmers to drive the village economy. Based on the phenomenon, an idea arose to revive the agricultural and industrial sectors in Celuk Buruan. During the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, the decline of Bali's tourism, with a qualitative approach, attempted to design, which could provide positive input to the situation. The design of media about agriculture is a preventive action, carried out in a structured, processed in the design of visual communication. Therefore it is necessary to attempt to increase student’s interest towards the subject. Learning by doing method applied to grade students in elementary school of Sukorejo, Indonesia to increase student’s interest towards music subject. The method that used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive (mixing methods). Data was collected by questionnaire (questionnaire), observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the learning model of learning by doing can improve student’s interest towards music subject at 94.73% and also can cultivate student’s interest during the learning process and can foster student’s interest towards music activities. This is not easy condition, they have to run their role as employee, mothers and wife. To run this decision,Female workers need support from family, parents and environment. The thing that can’t be avoided is, gadget usage as one of tools and gamess in family. The research methods use qualtitave with descriptive data analysis. The result was gained by distributing quesinare in Parenting Seminar which held by Hero Supermarket Workers Assocation in 16 th Mei 2016. The respondents were delegated Female Hero Supermarket workers from east Jakarta.The result showed From 39 responden, 92,3% or the respondent gave smartphone to their children. 35,9% respondent gave smartphone to their children to paly gamess, 20,5% to communicate with their children by whatsapp, message texting and telephone. The relationship and communication between respondents and their husband quite positive. 71,8% showed that they always discuss everything related to family’s matter to their husband, 51,3% don’t have any difficulties to communicate with their husband. Respondents understand that giving smartphone to toddlers will rise negative impact. That’s worry them, but they haven’t figure out the solution to this problem. Female workers in Hero Supermarket has limited access to parenting information. Total Quality Management or TQM uses strategy, data and effective communication to integrate quality discipline into culture and company activities. In short, Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach to achieve long-term success through satisfaction Customer (Customer Satisfaction). Lecturers are the spearhead of a TQM in college with always carry out Tri Dharma College, but keep in mind that customer satisfaction (in this case students) is the main key to the implementation of the tri dharma of the university high, because with the assessment of students we will be able to find out weaknesses what we have done in PBM. With this weakness, the lecturer is obliged to make changes so that TQM is achieved so that our graduates' expectations will be become competitive with overseas college graduates. This study used descriptive study with analytical descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data was conducted by using interviews, observation and questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 23 respondents who are actively involved in Prukades with data analysis techniques that were used to measure the effectiveness of Prukades by using simple statistical methods and the submission of questions presented in the form of a questionnaire, then of the response is given a score. These results indicated that the program of Prukades in Teluk Village of Pandeglang Regency, included into the category of quite effective. Referring to the four indicators of the effectiveness used, that are the appropriate targeting, socialization, objectives and monitoring, the indicator of monitoring conducted by the part of DPMPD remains a constraint for the community, because even though it is regularly checked, people still do not feel the impact. The success of the business in the village of Bresela is influenced by several factors, one of which is marketing mix. The purpose of this study was to determine the business development of fiber-based ceremonial facilities in Bresela Village and to analyze the implementation of Maketing Mix in the success of the business. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique and using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study explained that the business development of fiber-based ceremonial facilities in Bresela Village has increased in terms of the number of businesses, profitability, total production, market share and an increase in the number of workers.
