In this case, therefore, on the one hand, there is an urgency to be able to create many land-based transportation and logistics companies in Indonesia so that they pay attention to the existing sustainability aspects. In this case, the Green HRM aspect is one of the most important aspects to be promoted by transportation companies. In addition, on the one hand, it is hoped that a good implementation of Green HRM is also expected to benefit land transportation in Indonesia in the long term. In addition, the increase in existing emissions must also be regulated in such a way, so that the emissions produced by land transportation will not exceed the existing limits. Thus, it is also hoped that with this, land transportation producers in Indonesia can make major innovations related to emission changes and the quality of existing fuels. Therefore, to achieve this, on the one hand, strong cooperation is needed from the policymakers in the land transportation company concerned. This will also later the one hand be able to attract a lot of investment if done properly and correctly.","PeriodicalId":348558,"journal":{"name":"ADI Journal on Recent Innovation (AJRI)","volume":"11 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126043404","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The role of motivation has an important position in achieving learning objectives, one of which is to improve cognitive, therefore various methods are used to motivate students in the learning process. In this research, an effort was made in the form of applying Gamification which is a learning approach by bringing and applying game elements into the Learning Management System with the aim of increasing students' motivation and cognitive in the learning process using the ADDIE method, towards a Smart Learning Environment. Analysis of the results of the pre-test and post-test using the N-Gain calculation was carried out in both groups, where the average N-Gain score for the gamification group was 26.6111 and for the Non-LMS group it was -19.8889. This explains that the gamification group has more cognitive improvement than the non-LMS group.","PeriodicalId":348558,"journal":{"name":"ADI Journal on Recent Innovation (AJRI)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125776165","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, the operation of integrated reactive separation in a single equipment, such as reactive distillation, potentially increases the chemical process efficiency remarkably. To achieve that advantage, it is vital to design an optimum reactive distillation configuration in the preliminary evaluation. This paper proposes structured data management that can be used to encounter an optimum reactive distillation design. The approach simplified and reduced the data necessity from thousands to dozens by applying a systematic data sorting for the simulation results obtained from the Aspen Plus simulator. Using a case study that is highly relevant to the real chemical processes, i.e., the metathesis of 2-pentene, this study showed that the rule of thumb for determining the optimum design of conventional distillation can be adapted for reactive distillation technology.","PeriodicalId":348558,"journal":{"name":"ADI Journal on Recent Innovation (AJRI)","volume":"7 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113933559","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They think this tradition is very sacred and is carried out yearly because of certain beliefs that convince the assembly of the ha'a luha traditional ceremony. Therefore, many tourists still need to learn about this ritual due to the lack of multimedia-based information media that can provide complete information. Based on this problem, an idea emerged to build a multimedia-based information system to make it easier for everyone to learn about this ritual. The data collection stage in this study used the Multimedia Development Lyfe Cycle (MDLC) method. The MDLC process is a Luther version of the multimedia development method. The steps of the MDLC plan consist of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. This information system was built using Adobe Animate CC2019, an action script programming language, and HTML5. The design of this system uses data flowcharts, Interface Design, Storyboards, Menu views, and table structures. This system was tested using the black box method, where each test ran as expected. In this article, the researcher tries to build an application system that has never been studied by previous researchers so that it can be known by the whole community and learned by future generations so that it is easy to practice when the tribal chiefs are gone.","PeriodicalId":348558,"journal":{"name":"ADI Journal on Recent Innovation (AJRI)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122592890","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since it was determined to become a pandemic status in Indonesia, various efforts have been taken by the government, one of which is the mass vaccination program. After going through a long journey to test its effectiveness, quality and safety through various stages of research and trials, the COVID-19 vaccine is officially distributed to the public. The vaccination program is critical to combating the COVID-19 pandemic since it can reduce morbidity and mortality rates and supports achieving herd immunity against the COVID-19 virus. During the mass vaccination process, queues and crowds are often encountered, which can potentially increase the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This research aims to anticipate the risk of transmission in the vaccination process by building a vaccination reservation system. This system is built by implementing two leading technologies: the Go programming language (Golang) and JavaScript with the ReactJS library.","PeriodicalId":348558,"journal":{"name":"ADI Journal on Recent Innovation (AJRI)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129512584","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
