Sokolova","doi":"10.47696/adved.202142","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47696/adved.202142","url":null,"abstract":"In foreign and domestic language education, in folkloristics extensive experience has been accumulated in the study of names of medicinal plants both by the material of one language and in a comparative aspect. The issues of comparative research of languages which are studied by contrastive linguistics make it possible to penetrate deeper into the peculiarities of each language than it is possible to study single one. At the same time it becomes possible to identify and describe those features of compared languages that can elude our attention to only internal study of language. However, researches which are conducted by the material of one language or one language family differ in a certain peculiarity and depend on the traditions of the civilization to which this language belongs. The study of traditions, beliefs and everyday life has been on the periphery of linguists’ attention for several centuries. The mention of medicinal plants is clearly traced in Pagan and Christian traditions, in economic activity, the healing practice of banners and herbalists, which is directly verbalized in plant names. Phytonyms are considered and classified by linguists, philologists according to certain motivated types of nomination. The concept of \"nomination principle (motivema)\" is quite widely used in modern dialect lexicology in describing various thematic groups of vocabulary, primarily phytonyms. One of the features of the typological character in phytonymic vocabulary is the variety and numerous principles of the nomination: in color, in use in medicine, etc.. The purpose of this article is a semantic analysis of phytonyms in German, united by the motivema \"popular beliefs, superstition”. The actual material for the study has been the author's card file, consisting of 53 the most common medicinal plants and including more than 4,000 names (Rubtcova, 2015). The method of synchronous description of the collected material is used to solve the purposes and tasks set in the work, using distributive analysis and elements of the diachronic method. The article clearly demonstrates how centuries-old Pagan and Christian beliefs associated with the holidays, their ritual side, folk magic and demonology have formed the basis of a number of medicinal plants’ names.","PeriodicalId":347878,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of ADVED 2021- 7th International Conference on Advances in Education","volume":"449 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122912104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the scientific field, numerous studies are exploring the relationship between the level of financial literacy of citizens and the financial decisions they make at different stages of their lives, according to their different needs. While in early studies of financial literacy researchers focused primarily on issues of personal finance administration and the level of basic financial knowledge, nowadays financial literacy is seen as a much broader and complex concept. The perceived individual need to make adequate financial decisions creates the need for specific financial knowledge and skills, i.e., financial literacy. Individual’s responsibility for decision-making related to welfare, health and pension insurance, relationships with credit institutions and the state leads to the increasing and pressing need to improve financial literacy and incorporate (study) it in the educational processes. An essential component in the process of making informed financial decisions and the resulting rights and obligations of citizens is the relationship with the state, i.e., the fiscal. Good knowledge of the structure of public finances, the tax system, the methods for calculating taxes due, etc. have a significant impact on this process. The current study aims to establish the level of financial literacy held by citizens and to test the research hypothesis that high financial literacy is a prerequisite for improving the country's fiscal capacity. For the purposes of the study, the authors have developed a unique survey, structured in 21 questions, conditionally divided into 3 groups. The survey analyses the results obtained by 266 respondents. The first group (set) of questions aims to establish the level of financial literacy of the respondents and their potential opportunities to raise awareness and improve financial literacy and, according to the survey’s respondents, the most effective way would be the implementation of innovative digital tools disseminated through video streaming channels and social networks. It can be concluded that the state needs to put more effort into raising citizens' awareness of issues concerning fiscal relations in particular and financial literacy in general. The improvement of financial literacy must be the subject of a purposeful state policy and despite the measures taken by the Bulgarian state in this direction, survey respondents indicated a strong need to concentrate more efforts and resources. Considering the studied attitudes about financial literacy and its importance for increasing fiscal capacity, the author's team confirms its hypothesis.","PeriodicalId":347878,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of ADVED 2021- 7th International Conference on Advances in Education","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130885575","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problems of interaction between the living environment and people are actualized against the background of typifications of the urban approach as phenomena of loss of individuality and existential need for beauty. The necessity of using tools for aestheticizing space in the design of a residential environment in order to create a comfortable and safe environment as a fundamental basis for the existential development of the individual is justified and activities of the designer. The authors focus on the emotional saturation of space with the help of artistic means. The article summarizes the systematic, private and psychological aspects of interaction between the environment and the person using works of decorative and applied arts. The authors describe in detail the option of creating such an interaction on a specific example of student work.","PeriodicalId":347878,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of ADVED 2021- 7th International Conference on Advances in Education","volume":"194 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125861839","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
