The article examines the national normative framework; the educational policy documents underlying the assessment process in primary education are mentioned and analysed. The descriptors to be demonstrated by the teachers in the classroom assessment process, as well as the principles of andragogy, are listed here. In the theoretical part, main assumptions referring to this category are presented: work, the value of work, the sense of career success. They determined the direction of the scientific investigation. The study was conducted within the qualitative paradigm. The research questions were answered using the qualitative interview method. The analysis and interpretation of the data obtained led to conclusions regarding the sample interviewed, as well as recommendations regarding further studies of the categories identified. \u0000\u0000Poczucie sukcesu zawodowego w doświadczeniach seniorów\u0000\u0000W prezentowanym artykule podstawą rozważań naukowo-badawczych uczyniono kategorię poczucia sukcesu zawodowego. W części teoretycznej zaprezentowano podstawowe przesłanki odnosząca się do kategorii tj. praca, wartość pracy, poczucie sukcesu zawodowego, co wyznaczyło kierunek projektu badawczego. Badania przeprowadzono zgodnie z założeniami paradygmatu jakościowego. Zastosowana metoda wywiadu jakościowego umożliwiła uzyskanie odpowiedzi na postawione pytanie badawcze. Wydajność pracownika to sekret sukcesu każdej firmy. Celem niniejszej analizy bibliometrycznej jest zidentyfikowanie głównych tematów i przedstawienie dynamiki obszaru wydajności pracownika, a także wskazanie zalecanych kierunków przyszłych badań. Niniejszą analizę bibliometryczną przygotowano w oparciu o 421 artykułów skatalogowanych w bazie Scopus. Z analizy wyłączono badania przygotowane w językach innych niż angielski. W kontekście wojskowym większość badań dotyczących wydajności pracowników skoncentrowanych jest na związkach między czynnikami psychologicznymi i warunkami pracy. Badanie to sugeruje także potencjalne obszary dalszych badań naukowych.\u0000\u0000\u0000Employee Job Performance Studies in the Military Context: A Bibliometric Analysis\u0000\u0000Employee job performance is how an employee performs his/her job and completes the necessary tasks. Employee job performance is the secret to success for any organisation. The aim of this bibliometric analysis is to identify primary topics and present the dynamic in the field of employee job performance and to make recommendations for future research directions. The bibliometric analysis was conducted with the use of 421 articles found in the Scopus index. The study excludes studies that were undertaken in languages other than English. In the context of the military, the majority of study on employees’ job performance is concentrated on the connection between psychological factors and working conditions. The dynamics of changes in the labour market caused by technological progress, digitisation and globalisation contribute to changes in the competence profile of the worker of the future. The changes taking place at an increasingly rapid pace have become the basis for thinking about the educational and professional career planning of Generation Z. This article will present the results of an empirical study conducted in 2022 at one of the art universities in Poland. The research was conducted in a qualitative paradigm. A content analysis of 111 essays on “My educational path in the perspective of career construction” was carried out. Within the framework of the analyses conducted, categories concerning internal and external resources related to educational and professional career planning of generation Z were identified. In this study, the presentation of the results was narrowed down to one of the factors, which is motivation. Based on the research, it can be concluded that motivation is a very important factor that determines educational success and the achievement of personal and professional goals.\u0000\u0000Motywacja jako czynnik planowania karier edukacyjno-zawodowych pokolenia Z\u0000\u0000Planowanie karier edukacyjno-zawodowych pokolenia Z jest wielkim wyzwaniem współczesnego świata. Dokonujące się w coraz szybszym tempie zmiany stały się podstawą do namysłu nad planowaniem karier edukacyjno-zawodowych pokolenia Z. W artykule tym przedstawione zostaną wyniki badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych w 2022 roku na jednej z uczelni artystycznych w Polsce. Badania przeprowadzono w paradygmacie jakościowym. Dokonano analizy treści 111 esejów nt. Moja droga edukacyjna w perspektywie konstruowania kariery zawodowej. W ramach przeprowadzonych analiz wyłoniono kategorie dotyczące zasobów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych powiązanych z planowaniem karier edukacyjno-zawodowych pokolenia Z. W niniejszym opracowaniu zawężono prezentację wyników do jednego z czynników, jakim jest motywacja. Referring to the emancipatory and axiological understanding of the categories of work and value of work, a study in the qualitative paradigm was conducted among 196 teachers and candidates to become teachers. The method of text analysis of essays and diaries was used to answer the following research question: What values are assigned to work by prospective and professionally active teachers? The research material was analysed regarding the category of work as understood by W. Dróżka. The purpose of it was to show similarities and differences in the values assigned to work by different age groups and students at different stages of teacher training and active teachers. These values were generated by certain professional experience or image of the work. The conclusions focus on practical solutions that may be applied to teacher education.\u0000\u0000\u0000Wartość pracy w perspektywie kandydatów do zawodu oraz nauczycieli\u0000\u0000W artykule skoncentrowano się na wartości pracy w ujęciu kandydatów do zawodu nauczyciela oraz nauczycieli czynnych zawodowo. W artykule wykorzystano metodę analizy treści esejów oraz materiałów pamiętnikarskich w celu uzyskania odpowiedzi na pytanie badawcze: Jakie wartości nadają pracy kandydaci do zawodu i czynni zawodowo nauczyciele? Materiał badawczy przeanalizowano w perspektywie kategorii wartości pracy w ujęciu W. Dróżki dla ukazania określeń i znaczeń różnych grup wiekowych oraz osób na różnych etapach kształcenia do zawodu nauczyciela i czynnych zawodowo w kontekście uchwycenia podobieństw i różnic przypisywanych pracy wartościach, generowanych określonym doświadczeniem zawodowym lub wyobrażeniem o pracy. In this context, the scientific issue that follows to be under discussion consists in strengthening the theoretical and praxiological concepts of the teachers’ innovative culture development, and the elaboration of a pedagogical model for the development of the teachers’ innovative culture that will contribute to a change in education. This thesis is a theoretical study of interdependence and influence of organisational culture on innovative culture. The lack of studies of innovative culture of the teaching staff within a general education establishment has entailed theoretical research of the already existent scientific findings and of the results of the studies made by professionals, particularly, in the sphere of business and entrepreneurship. There has been made a synthesis of the specialised literature concerning the definitions of the concept of organisational culture and types of cultures that would have either a positive, or a negative impact on the values, rules and innovative behaviour within the organisation. The studies provide the triggering factors of innovative culture and preconditions for development and formation of innovative culture, as well as the dimensions of such innovative culture.\u0000\u0000Innowacyjna kultura nauczycieli – część kultury organizacyjnej\u0000Rozwój kultury innowacyjnej nauczycieli będzie możliwy i skuteczny tylko wtedy, gdy zostanie oparty na teoretycznych i prakseologicznych wzorcach ich kultury innowacyjnej. W tym kontekście następna problematyka naukowa polega na wzmocnieniu teoretycznych i prakseologicznych koncepcji rozwoju kultury innowacyjnej nauczycieli oraz wypracowaniu pedagogicznego modelu rozwoju kultury innowacyjnej nauczycieli, który przyczyni się do zmiany Edukacja. Niniejsza praca jest teoretycznym studium współzależności i wpływu kultury organizacyjnej na kulturę innowacyjną. Brak badań nad kulturą innowacyjną kadry pedagogicznej w placówce szkolnictwa ogólnokształcącego pociągnął za sobą konieczność teoretycznego zbadania dotychczasowego dorobku naukowego oraz wyników badań dokonywanych przez profesjonalistów, zwłaszcza w sferze biznesu i przedsiębiorczości. Dokonano syntezy literatury specjalistycznej dotyczącej definicji pojęcia kultury organizacyjnej oraz rodzajów kultur, które miałyby pozytywny lub negatywny wpływ na wartości, zasady i zachowania innowacyjne w organizacji. In the presented analyses, the case study method was used. The purpose of the analysis undertaken is to comprehensively present a unique project for bilingual children living in the Polish émigré community in Germany based on the standards describing the method of projects in terms of its innovation. The presented project meets the criteria of: place, duration, division of labour, form of work, structure, scope of learning material, goal, SMARTER, innovative project. The process of planning and implementation of the project “Emi & Gracja’s Backyard” is embedded in the context of Designing Education Projects, which include 12 steps: (1) assessing needs and opportunities, (2) establishing a project planning team, (3) developing project goals and objectives, (4) developing a logic model, (5) selecting and characterising audiences, (6) establishing a program format and delivery system, (7) ensuring quality instructional staff, (8) ensuring quality materials and teaching strategies, (9) gathering materials, resources and premises, (10) planning for contingencies, (11) promoting, marketing and disseminating the project, (12) implementing the project. The evaluation and assessment of the project makes it possible to diagnose the quality and value of the project itself, which appears to be an interesting educational offer that responds to current trends in education.\u0000\u0000\u0000„Podwórko Emi & Gracji” – innowacyjny projekt edukacyjny dla dzieci polonijnych \u0000\u0000Artykuł traktuje o nowatorskim projekcie edukacyjnym dla dzieci polonijnych „Podwórko Emi i Gracji”, który został stworzony przez stowarzyszenie „Familiaris” z Niemiec działające na rzecz emigracji. W prezentowanych analizach wykorzystano metodę studium przypadku. Celem podjętej analizy jest kompleksowe przedstawienie unikatowego projektu dla dzieci dwujęzycznych żyjących w społeczności emigracyjnej Polonii w Niemczech w oparciu o standardy opisujące metodę projektów w aspekcie jego innowacyjności. Prezentowany projekt spełnia kryteria: miejsca, długości trwania, podziału pracy, formy pracy, struktury, zakresu materiału kształcenia, celu, SMARTER, nowatorskiego przedsięwzięcia.
